Helpful staff and keen prices

I have used B&P for many years because of their keen prices and knowledgeable staff, previously at Beckenham and now at their Orpington branch. I recently purchased a wall hung toilet from them which on fitting didn't work properly. I tried contacting QX, the manufacturer and got no response. Chris phoned them several times on my behalf (I'm quite deaf) and knowing several other people in the company from past dealings with them finally managed to get the replacement part sent out. I can thoroughly recommend B&P

B&P is our go to bathroom supplier

My family and I have used B&P a number of times over the years. And we have always been happy with their products and service.

We are currently redoing our bathrooms and had a big order to place. Darren, who helped us with this, was very patient and knowledgeable. The items were delivered on time and we can't wait to see how it all looks! Friendly staff and good service. Thank you.
