This brace would be so comfortable if…
This brace would be so comfortable if it wasn't for the really long Velcro straps. I ordered an x-small and it fit until I went to tighten the straps. They hung off of the brace and wouldn't stay fastened. It was almost like it had large straps on an xs brace.I am returning it.

Thank you for your feedback. Since the straps are too long, you may trim some of the excess length if needed. Just make sure to leave at least 1 inch of extra strap beyond the area where the hook-and-loop fastener connects so you can easily grab and adjust it.
If you anticipate any swelling, we recommend leaving a little extra length. You can trim a small amount first and shorten it further later if needed.

I placed an order through Shop or Shopify and canceled it within 10 minutes because there was a problem with the order. I called and spoke with the support at Braceability and received a cancellation email, yet I'm still waiting for my refund days later. It's amazing that you can send money and they'll take it right away, but it's almost like pulling teeth, waiting to get your money back, 5 to 10 business days? Is that a joke? Can I pay in for an item and have you wait 5-10 business days? Let's flip the script! It's ridiculous that they make you wait for a refund when you didn't even receive an item, and the order was canceled within 10 minutes of ordering it. It should be an instant refund. I won't be ordering from this place ever again. BUYER BEWARE!

Confusing product layout and lack of extra small sizes
The product layout on the website is confusing. There will be multiple products that are described in the same way (ie "lower back brace"). And the pictures of the items look exactly the same. But the price will be a different. It makes the buyer wonder is it really the same product, Does it matter which item I choose to add to my cart, am I even buying the right thing??
I also wish there were extra small sizes. I'm a petite person with a lot of lower back pain and the small is still too big.

I've been able to clean and move all day today because of the compression and support for my back. If I were to do it again, I would get the 12" width instead of the 9" one.

The ad produced detailed information about the brace I ordered. I particularly liked the fact that it is adjustable. And I appreciated the ease at which I was able to place my order.
The only negative comment would be that when you sent me a code on my cell phone, and I entered it as you required, as soon as I entered the last digit it began processing the entry. If I had entered a wrong digit somewhere, it would not have accepted the code. Would it have allowed me a second chance to enter the correct code.
Other than that, my shopping experience was very pleasant.
