Placed order online
Placed order online. Was given a potential delivery date. That date passed and I had to contact you to chase delivery.
Then one of the loungers had a screw missing and the cushion was dirty. It has taken three weeks of me contacting you on numerous occasions to arrange for a replacement to be sent. This has now finally been booked in for 23/6/26. Hopefully it will go to plan.

Great quality furniture
Having bought patio furniture from you from a different outlet, I looked in your website to find an additional sunshade to match what I had bought. I found you also sold covers for my furniture. However I was disappointed that they do not fit the foot stalls as well and were a different colour.
The quality was excellent for the furniture and the parasols. As was the buying process from you. But disappointed that you didn't provide covers that were grey to match or would have given 5 stars

Delivery time
Delivery should have been 7-10 working days, we finally received the furniture after 21 working days, a message saying there was a delay would have been nice

Parasol broken
I was happy with the delivery although it took longer than stated, however I am now awaiting a reply from a phone call and email to customer services as I cannot use my parasol as it is broken.

Poor communication
No problem with the furniture itself as we already had a large garden set by Bramblecrest. Main issue is with communication. Ordered the furniture on 04/05/26 with a 5 to 7 business day delivery advertised on the website. As we hadn't heard anything by the 15th, I did an online chat, but I think it was with an AI bot of some kind, which just gave a vague reply to say that you were busy. Eventually got a message on the 25th to say that it's going to be delivered soon. Furniture delivered on the 27th, a full 23 days after the order. It would have been nice if there was some communication early on to say that there was going to be a delay.

It's a lovely table and chair set but with a caveat
It's a lovely table and chair set. Elegant and robust. Seats and cushions are very comfortable and well-made. However, the instructions are not just poor but wrong which caused some frustration until I broke the rules and worked it out for myself. Such a simple thing to get right especially if one is paying for a high end table.
