Good customer service

I ordered a rug from Brandalley it arrived damaged and dirty it was coming directly from the supplier Rug Couture. Brandalley ‘ customer service was very efficient and professional at dealing with the issue especially Sharon she was always available in assisting me . The rug was collected in a couple of days and I received a full refund

Finally

Finally, I got a reply and refund.
If branally wants to know something to improve itself, I should say you need to highly improve the customer service.
I, personally don’t mind to wait or see that my order cancelled but the worth situation is when I send an email and got no reply in 3 weeks.

Worst online company ever they…

Worst online company ever they cancelled the wrong item most of my emails sent to Brandalley customer services were ignored!!!!! When you challenge company regarding faults refunds etc.... the response is that of incompetence no understanding

I received an item ended up paying full price for the diary because they removed the discount company is awful would never recommend or use them ever again.

Ordered a joules peony kingsize duvet…

Ordered a joules peony kingsize duvet cover rrp £95 2 pillowcases at rrp £15
I paid over £50 including postage so not a budget set.
I recieved 2nds or knock offs as what I recieved wouldn't pass quality control.
The material is no better than the £20 duvet set I currently have.
The stitching is wonky on it got big lumps of oversewn stitching in at least 5 places, A lump of material hanging out unsewn and a huge dark pink dye mark on it.
Totally disappointed that what should of been luxury bedding looks a mess.

Placed an order and paid on 15 Nov

Placed an order and paid on 15 Nov. Still not received it! It shows on my order as delayed but they are still advertising the product?! I've sent several emails chasing this, even asked for a refund on 2nd email, but they fail to respond. Won't be ordering from them again. I would give a zero rating but there's no option so gave 1 star.

Fake promises, fake advertisement

If I could give 0 that would be my rate for the most terrible online experience in UK! I placed an order of two table lamps from Nordic brand more then one month ago with expectations of being delivered before Christmas, as they promised. Nothing about the order and just a status “delayed” or “being processed by the supplier”. The curious is that the same product and the same brand is being advertised in their website at the moment, with a promised of being delivered in the end of January! How are they selling it again if the previous campaign hasn’t being even shipped or delivered? Tried to reach them in costumer service and it’s a completely nightmare! Now I don’t have the product, the money or any chance of solution! AVOID! TOTALLY AVOID!

Would give 0 stars if I could .
Order placed on 20/11 which was for a Christmas present . I contacted them a week ago to chase delivery and was told I would definitely get it by 24/12 . It is now 23/12 and I have still not received a dispatch email so obviously it will not be arriving in time .I am now left without a present and it is too late to get a replacement. First and last time I will be ordering from Brandalley and I really wish I had read reviews on here before placing an order as most of them are appalling!

Terrible company

Terrible company - will never use them again. Put in qn order on 26 November and paid for it - hoping to get the item in time for CHRISTMAS - WAS NEVER TOLD THERE MIGHT BE A DELAY; When item failed to arrive I rang them up having trouble finding the correct number for them as number printed on my order form was not in service. Was assured item would be delivered on 18 Dec - which never happened. Rang again on 21 Dec to be told item not in stock and would not be coming to me. This is 4 days before Christmas and it was to be a main present for a relative. They apologised that I had not even been sent an email informing me of this fact earlier. Why take an order and the money from a customer unless you know you have the item in stock! Did get a quick refund and a 10£ voucher to use on their useless website. Wil never recommend them to anyone.

Hit and miss advertising

Hit and miss. Ordered a few things now, some with no issues. However, I would advise against buying clothing from them if you suffer from allergies. I have bought two jumpers from them now, one which stated 100% cotton but was actually acrylic and wool (no cotton at all!) Another which stated 95% cotton 5% elasticine but was actually cotton, acrylic and wool. Having atopic dermatitis and an allergy to wool, this false advertising would be costly to me should I have tried the jumpers on before checking the labels. Worst still, I am still waiting for my refund 8 weeks later and still expected to pay the £5.99 delivery charge! Not using again.

Still waiting on an order i placed…

Still waiting on an order i placed over three weeks ago. My order was suppose to be delivered 6 days ago and i haven't even had so much as an update on my order status. Really not impressed!!!
This was suppose to be a christmas gift so i have contact them direct to chase this up and not had any response.

Will never order from them again which is a shame

I was so excited to order many items from this website but will never use again which is a shame given the products and discounts they offer. I ordered 6 gifts on the 11 December and paid £7.50 express delivery and was given an estimated delivery date of the following day. It is now the 21 December and no sign of any of my items. I called them on Monday 14 December and everyday since and have been given no update despite a variety of helpful and not so helpful advisors. They refunded me the postage charge after much hassling from me and they tell me they’re so sorry but have absolutely no update. I’m on hold again today for the sixth time and I’m just going to cancel my order and unfortunately despite being promised they’ll be there before Christmas I am now without a large amount of presents

Ordered bedsheets that were apararently…

Ordered bedsheets that were apararently £160 down to £50 and were meant to be of good quality BUT I swear they’re so sh.t. I’ve had good quality bedding that’s lasted me YEARS this is only gonna last about 5 months tops. cheap material, the lines aren’t even straight. Just couldn’t deal with the headache of returning stuff so I kept it but I will never shop from here again waste of my money. pissed me off

8 days and not left warehouse yet

I ordered a duvet cover, cushions and a quilted bed cover in 4th December. On 12 December I rang customer service to find out an approx delivery date and was told it hadn’t even yet left the warehouse. I know there is a pandemic and I expected delivery to be a bit slow but come on... sometimes I think companies are using COVID are an excuse for poor service!!

If I could, I will give none star

If I could give none, I would.

I have put a complaint and I haven’t got an answer yet. My order came back damaged after a long time waiting for my items to arrive. Highly disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and care by the person in charge of putting the items properly in the package, plus lack of the customer service that was supposed to get back to me within a day of the complaint, being this already a while ago.
Worse experience ever. Stay away from it.

I have bought loads & loads of items…

I have bought loads & loads of items over the past couple of years, the items always arrive within the allotted estimate via Royal Mail. They are most definitely the "real deal" when it comes to brands ! I'm a handbag fanatic, also linen, Christy towels, jewellery, watches ~ the list is endless ~ all top quality, excellent prices, customer services are very helpful ~ 5* from me !!
