I have ordered from brandalley for over…

I have ordered from brandalley for over 10 years. Most of the time all is good.

Pros: good discounts, good customer service

Cons: items can suddenly run out of stock, takes forever to arrive, delivery and returns expensive

Be careful as I have received a fake before and sent it back. (Probably should have reported it!!)

All in all I would still buy from them :)

Check the prices before purchase

A friend told me about this website so I ordered some baby bits from here and the bundle I got was telling me I was saving around £106. After I made the order I felt a bit suspicious so googled the items separately the cost of the items individually only came to around £60 and I paid £36 for the bundle plus £5.95 for delivery so I don’t know where or how it was calculated that I would be saving £106. I managed to cancel my order hopefully the money comes back to me soon.

If I could rate 0 or minus I would. It is almost a fraud experience. My friend referred me and I was offered a discount of £20. Used it to purchase two items. The first arrived but I disliked and returned. Paid £75 for this item but was told I would only get £59.4 back. They have deducted additional £12.1 proportionally for the discount they offered initially. To be honest, without the £20 discount I wouldn’t have made the purchase. But once you return they claim back the discount they offered you but not the actual amount you paid. They do deduct £3.5 for returned item via royal mail. So I spent £75 on one item to get £59.4 back for nothing. My money made a happy trip to bradalley and made my purse very light. Be careful with returning an item, everyone, if you have used their voucher.

Would give a ZERO if I could

Would give a ZERO if I could. Brought a large & expensive mirror from here. Arrived smashed. Offered to send me another one, also expected me to discard of the broken mirror myself which btw was massive and wouldn’t fit in my car..second arrived Smashed!!! Contacted them, They offered me a refund which I obviously wanted. Nothing. Emailed again they Said I can’t have a refund because it’s over 14 days since my original order, when it clearly said 60days on their website at the time. And of course it was over 14 days, they sent another one and also took forever to respond to me. Completely ignored my emails now and still refuse to refund me. So was left with two broken Mirrors which I had to pay to have collected & completely lost ££ on the mirror! Disgrace stay away.

You get what you pay for!

Amazingly poor. No stars is not an option or that is what I would give. Paid for rapid delivery (next day), didn't arrive. When the item did arrive the order confirmation was dated three days after the due delivery date. Returns and refunds are difficult to obtain. Avoid like Covid19 (formerly known as 'avoid like the plague').

Great Bargains

I have ordered numerous items from this company, incl. mugs, t-shirts and golfing sweaters. Am awaiting delivery of two pairs of golfing trousers, which are promised for Saturday by the Post Office, which means the order will have arrived within 5 working days. So far have been absolutely delighted with goods and service.

JUST A WAY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY

JUST A WAY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, HOLD IT IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT AND THEN 2 MONTHS LATER TELL YOU "OH IT'S OUT OF STOCK".
I ordered goods at the beginning of Feb. There was a long delivery with the end date given as 30th March. 1st of April I contacted them. Apparently my good were getting ready for dispatch. Contacted them again on 6th April. "Yes, still in the warehouse and my goods may arrive even before I've been send an email!"
Today I search again and apparently they now can't fulfill my order as it's sold out.
nd yet I have never received one notification about this!!!!
BE CAREFUL...............obviously they take your money and don't have the stock to meet your order.

Poor quality and not the genuine article

I have purchased a number of items and none have been good quality. I bought a leather bag for over £50 and the zip is terrible, I should have sent it back but with Covid didn’t get round to it. The latest item was the “Hotel Quality” pillows. These were absolutely atrocious. The filling was just stuffed in and was very bumpy. I’ve now deleted the app as everything looks good in the photos but is extremely poor quality when it arrives. My advice don’t buy!

FAKE GOODS - avoid this company at all costs !

This company is shocking I spent £350 on what I though was genuine discounted Vilebrequin swim shorts and poloshirts. I first received a part order of 2 items I had never ordered but were absolutely fake goods and I emailed them to advise and asked to cancel my order and get a refund - no response.

I received the rest of the order today after several weeks and no surprise at all the clothing I had ordered were poor quality and complete and utter fakes. Not sure how they get away with this nut noticed they were previously accused of selling fake Prada Bags after a girl spent £3000 and took them to the Prada store for verification. I will take pictures of the items before returning so I have proof. Just ensure if returning to take pictures and keep your receipt of postage. Surely must be against trading standards ?!

Great customer service

I had an issue with a parcel being delivered to Dublin. I was expecting to get the usual engaged lines and piped music for twenty mintues before I could talk to anyone but to my surprise the phone was answered quickly. Not only that I spoke to someone who seemed genuinely concerned was prepared to check details for me and came back with a resolution. Throughout this issue it has been picked up by the same person who has kept me informed, given me ongoing support and has been 'present' in our calls. Other customer service facilities could do well to replicate some of the practices of BrandAlley.

Prepare to wait one month

Prepare to wait one month - then out of stock
Never written a review in my life but feel compelled to after I was made to wait over 1 month for an item. I was given an estimated delivery, that was not fulfilled thus I contacted Brand Alley only to be told the item was 'out of stock' - I waited over ONE MONTH. This was the SECOND time it happened! Why not tell your customers immediately?!

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish! Ordered a pair of Men’s Boss shoes and I received a horrible looking, worn pair. Prior to ordering, I called them and told them that it was a gift and that I needed it in a good condition but they still got it wrong. They sent me a replacement, however, the second pair I received looked worse than the first pair I received. I’m literally so frustrated for wasting so much time shopping with Brandalley. Never again !

Failed Delivery I was advised that my large order would…

I was advised that my large order would be delivered last Sunday by DPD. I was even given a time slot. Long after the time slot I received an email telling me they did not have contact details so couldn’t deliver. I contacted customer services who asked if I would collect at a local store, I reluctantly agreed to do this, and waited to be informed my parcel was ready for collection. Next time I checked it said parcel had been returned to Brand Alley. Contacted customer service again, nothing they can do will arrange a refund. Then said me a refund notification saying items out of stock. Contact customer service again to raise a complaint and ask who is at fault. Told items still in stock if I wish to reorder! Not a chance would never order from them again! This is the second time they have let me down.
