Cannot fault the attention received, very professional and reliable as always.

My Honda HRV just had its first service and I am very satisfied with the service provided at Brayley Honda Bushey. My car was collected at 8:15 and was back by about 1pm.
An intermittent problem with the passenger side wing mirror was identified and a replacement part ordered - no hassle!
The Honda technicians kindly resolved an annoying vibration noise (even though it turned out to be due to Halfords not replacing a panel properly after installing a dash-cam) - much appreciated.

As always, we had excellent service from Bradley’s/Honda for the annual service last week.

Very good service as usual, staff very helpful and told me of the car service and MOT. They even offered me a cup of coffee whist the paperwork was being completed. Phoned me when the car was ready to be collected and went through the service results. A change of ownership has not changed the high standard they always had.

I have been using this garage for some fifteen years and they have always provided a very service for the two Hondas we have. Especially pleased that the new owners appear to be running the business along similar lines and it still offering a good service. This based upon excellent service from sales exec last year when I purchased another vehicle and the service/MOT experience for my wife's car yesterday.

My car was recalled by Honda for a fuel pump malfunction and I chose Brayley as the nearest agent. Booking an appointment was straightforward and I received a reminder email two days before the date.
The work was completed in less than an hour whilst I waited - with free coffee and Wi-Fi. Excellent service all round!

We were treated with a warm welcome every time we visited the showroom in Bushey. Paul Eyres our rep/ salesman was very very helpful. Explained everything and didn't pressure me. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable from beginning to end and I heartily recommend him. He is extremely personable too. The other reps were also very helpful if Paul wasnt available

The tyre pressure gage was appearing rather a lot on my Jazz. I was kindly assured that it was nothing to worry about if the tyres are o.k. They got rid of the gage showing. There was no charge. Wonderful. Thank you.
