feel i had work carried out when not needed
everything was OK until i agreed to have the brakes done as per the mechanics recommendation because they had worn by 80% Front and Back. I had the front pads and discs changed in 2024 at service on the front and since then had done 20,000 miles in two years. I was very skeptical about the brakes wearing 80% on the front in 20,000 miles but went along with the recommendation. When i got home i checked the paperwork from the last service in 2025 and the brake wear was recorded as 70% rear and 15% on the front. so the front brakes lost another 65% in 12 months and 10,000 miles. I feel that I have had the front brakes changed unnecessarily

Really great welcome from Jess and Jennifer on the front desk. Really helpful explaining the technical recalibration following a fault sign and demonstated this personally. Avoided the need for a diagnostic testing expense keeping the cost to a minimum. This branch of Honda Enfield is excellent.

Really happy with the customer service I received buying an approved used Honda. Included being taken for a demonstration drive in the car, which I prefer to test driving myself, and having the car kept back for me until a convenient date for me to collect it.

They do everything well
They do everything well. I Have been using Brayley Honda for 6 years and I always receive first class treatment and service. Jennifer Hatton and her colleague on reception are extremely exceptional, they are the most efficient, professional and friendly members of staff I have encountered anywhere, always making me feel welcome and special. The mechanics at Brayley Honda are also very exceptional. They treat my car with respect. Any issues I may have with my car are always dealt with fully and impeccably. Every time, I leave the Brayley Honda showroom I am completely satisfied
