The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and the new service of a video commentary by a mechanic of the underside of your vehicle whilst jacked up on the ramp was very useful.

Shay Robinson the sales executive, took care of the test drive, through to purchase of car.He took care of all paperwork, answered all my questions.

My whole experience of getting my car was exceptional. I was served by Shay who is a delightful charming young man. He was very courteous in his manner and explained everything in detail taking his time.
He is an asset to Honda and Brayleys.

Brayley didn't phone me to inform me that my service plan, MOT and warranty were running out - they claim to have emailed me but there was no trace of any message from them.
Once discovered, after my MOT had actually run out, I left 4 messages asking someone to call me but no contact was made.
Finally spoke to someone and their obligations under the lapsed agreement were honoured. But, they no longer collect and return cars and they don't wash them after a service any more.
And, I even had to ask them for a quote to renew the service plan - I thought they would have been keen to get more money out of me!
Falling standards but rising prices!

Friendly staff, in particular the two ladies on reception. Clear communication and understanding of the problem and the work was carried out promptly.
I had a good experience with Brayleys Kia in Enfield and have now "moved" next door to Brayleys Honda.

Good customer service

There is a strong feeling of professionalism at this dealership, with knowledgeable and courteous staff, including the sales team. The premises are smart, which also enhances the customer experience. I was served and advised by a very helpful and patient sales executive from the start to completion of the purchase and exchange process.

Took my Honda Jazz to have recall work done.
It was only when I arrved (before 9am) that I was told that it might not be finished that day. No courtesy car was available (I had not arranged one). The receptionist did make a note to try and finish the work the same day.
The work was not finished that day so I had to use public transport to go home and to return the the following day.
Otherwise everything went smoothly.
One other thing. Finding a place to leave my car was difficult. Brayleys have A LOT of cars on their forecourt.

Arrived at about 09.00 for a full service. Said I would wait in-house.
Jessica informed that it was an all day appointment, but said she would let the mechanics know that I was going to wait.
Around 12.15 she informed me that the job was completed and just needed a wash to finish off.
I was very satisfied and Jessica was particularly helpful and friendly.

Staff at the counter is brilliant, both ladies are very kind person's and make there best effort to make the visit to Honda a very pleasant visit.
I have always liked Honda and Braley's Honda is one of the best.

Excellent, professional and customer friendly service all round, led by senior service receptionist Jennifer.

No pick up and delivery service for car service anymore, most inconvenient having to wait for this to be completed.

Since I bought my car 4.5 years ago - the service provided has been superb! More garages should provide this standard of attention. Would not wish to buy a car from any other garage!
