BREAMWAY Auto Transport is an excellent company, very reasonable price, user friendly, and fast service. Riley Jane is a role model employee, extremely helpful and outstanding customer support.

Bait and switch 101. They will quote you a low price to win your business then a couple of days before your car is to be picked up they will claim a "lack of drivers" and then arrange for a driver to transport your car for more than two times the quote. At that point what choice do you have.

They quoted me a price that I accepted and Zelled them a deposit. Then they told me the truck broke down and said I had to pay much more for another driver. I asked them to refund the deposit since they couldn't perform as promised, but they went dark on me and refuse to answer my calls or emails.. VERY POOR AND DISHONEST.. BEWARE.

Terrible experience. DO NOT use this company. They’re a fraud. They never booked my car pickup for transportation that why agreed to. No one ever came, they then ‘rescheduled’ 2 more times and no one showed up- again, shipment prices started to increase. They owe me a refund for my deposit of $157 and they still have NOT refunded me. Scam!

COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!! They will quote a price then you give them a deposit. A few days later they tell you they are not able to get a driver for the price they quoted and the price will need to almost double if you want a transport. Unfortunately, I agreed. When the delivery date comes you get a call from the driver telling you that they can’t deliver to you address and you need to meet them 15 miles away. When you get there they increase the price for you to get your car. PLEASE STAY WAY FROM THESE FOLKS.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Service and Unreturned Deposit

Dear Breamway Transport Team,

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. My experience with Breamway Transport has been unprofessional, frustrating, and completely unacceptable.

To start, the quoted price for the transport of my vehicle was changed multiple times without clear explanation. This kind of inconsistency is deceptive and untrustworthy.

Additionally, your team failed to pick up my vehicle as scheduled, which caused significant disruption to my plans. Timely service is a basic expectation, and your inability to follow through was highly disappointing.

The most troubling aspect of this entire experience has been the lack of communication from your representative, Mark Robin. Despite multiple attempts to contact him, he has failed to return a single message. Furthermore, he has not refunded my deposit, even though the service was never completed. This is unacceptable and borders on fraudulent behavior.

Due to the repeated issues and lack of accountability, I will never do business with Breamway Transport again. I also strongly urge others to avoid this company, as my experience highlights a serious lack of integrity and professionalism.

I expect an immediate response regarding the status of my deposit and a written explanation of how you intend to resolve this matter.

I have a contracted pickup for today in Atlanta and I heard from MATT yesterday (not his real name BTW they seem to give themselves American names from what I can see on these reviews,) that my driver has now declined to the agreed amount AFTER Breamway gave me a quote, then tried to raise it during contract talks, then agreed to honor it. I have reached out to them numerous times before the pickup to confirm details but have gotten the run around. I will see where this leads after today.

Breamway transported my vehicle from San Diego to Patterson Ca with no issues. Thank you Ryan for making this experience simple and easy. I appreciate the updates and follow ups you did from the beginning until the completion of the delivery. I would highly recommend Breamway and will definitely ship my vehicles with them again if needed. They are a Honest, Reliable, and Professiona company.

Very positive experience, very good communication through the entire transaction. Vehicle was delivered on the day they committed to and in perfect condition. Would definitely do business with them again.

Interestingly - after I posted, I received a full refund within minutes!

Stay away! They originally quoted me a decent price (and not out of line with other offers). After we arranged for shipping and I paid a deposit, the price more than doubled. Lots of excuses (it’s a long trip, it’s a “dry” run with insufficient drivers, it’s winter - all things that Jack Henson knew when providing the estimate). When they couldn't provide transport for anything close to the quoted price, Jack agreed to refund my deposit. Then more excuses - it’s under review, the finance office looking at it, it’ll take 10-20 days. It’s been 28 days, and they have stopped answering my texts. I feel like I was scammed… don’t fall for their tricks.

I will reiterate what others have said about this company. There are complete frauds. I should not have trusted them. I suggest that you do not trust them. Listen for the accent, you'll know who you're dealing with. I should have known. I will be pursuing a legal claim against this company.

This company is garbage, they gave me the quote a week before and Mr. Brandon Green told me to leave a $50 deposit by zelle to secure the space, I left it and a day before he called me to tell me that the driver's truck broke down, but that there was another driver but he had to deposit $100 to secure the space, I deposited it and I had to take the car to where the truck was because the driver did not want to pick it up where I was, Mr. Brandon told me that when they delivered the car to me they would deduct the money from the deposit that I had given AND THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANYTHING BACK, THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS. DO NOT SEND CARS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THIEVES AND THIS COMPANY, DOES NOT HAVE TRUCKS, THEY DO BUSINESS WITH PRIVATE DRIVERS, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF ANYTHING

Absolute con artists. They quoted me for a round-trip Shipment and then didn’t honor the quote for the return trip. They blamed it on a corrupt employee and took no responsibility for the actions themselves. They left me in the lurch two weeks before my return trip with no alternatives. They are criminal and will be hearing from my attorneys stay away from this company. It is corrupt.

I haven’t even had my vehicle picked up yet and I think it may be time to opt out

They quoted me 2250 then it went up to 2500
They asked for a deposit of 200 then called and wanted an additional 250 fir fuel before they even showed up I’m going to cancel

My experience with Breamway. They lie at me till we signed a contract the depositwas was $250. Then the half when the car arrives to Washington and the rest when the car arrives to Alaska. before my car arrives to Washington port they start asking for extra $3000.
After arguing with Jack for two days and he stated that it was his mistake and he start apologizing. We agreed that I pay $2250 when the car parked front of my home. Today he texted me. That the car in Washington port with another Auto transport. And I need to pay extra $200. And he stop answering my calls or texts.
Now I need to pay $2450 extra. And he took himself out of the picture.
I wish to give him no stars at all.

Please please please. Be aware of Breamway.

They lie at you to let you sign a contract then after picking the car they keep asking you for extra money or they will leave your car with other dealers and you do not have any choice other than to pay to receive it.

Never pay before you receive your car.

Contracted a transport, paid the deposit, offered to let him move the date up. Two days later he tells me it will cost more and I told him don't do it, I don't want to pay more I was just giving him the option. Then no communication for three days, with me reaching out to him several times a day. I finally had to get someone else and then two days later he wants to work it out. Stay away, I still have not received my deposit back.
