It was so easy and convinient to use the website, also it was cheaper. But there was not enough information. For example I wanted to know more about the installation time, how long it might take. Or the properties of the router. Or for example it didn't let me choose between a paper invoice and digital invoice which is cheaper. I wish I could have more information about the ping, the cancellation process (because it can be so painful at times)... There wasn't even a contact information to the service provider which I would appreciate so much.
But to be honest, that extra information can't be found in the service provider's website too, including contact information which is unbelievable (or I couldn't find it which is also a problem).
