Bresser 7-in-1 Weather Station

I purchased a Bresser 7-in-1 Weather Station in Sept 2023, which is superb and linked easily into Wunderground etc. Absolutely love it!!
However in Jan 2025 the temp sensor stopped transmitting and despite following the really helpful advice for cleaning and resetting the sensor it still didn't work. As their products have a 5 year warranty, BUK just sent me a whole new sensor! incredible, no quibble, no argument, just absolutely fabulous service.
It now works perfectly again.
I was astounded by their helpful communications and service but beyond that good old fashioned aftersales, putting the customer first in their business and managing a no-quibble warranty. Thank you so very much. Highly recommend you buy these quality products with exceptional customer service.

Problem with sensor

I had a problem with a sensor so I contacted Bresser. The way it was dealt with has been absolutely phenomenal. The promptness on answering emails, the advice given to try and rectify the problem and finally the replacement. Fantastic customer care and service. This is how all customers services should be.

First Class Customer Service

I had an excellent experience of customer service with Bresser UK Ltd, thanks to Kerin. I contacted the team with a query about my weather station and Kerin was incredibly responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout. What really stood out was the genuine interest Kerin showed in understanding the issue and helping to resolve it, rather than just providing a quick or generic response. The support was professional, friendly, and effective from start to finish. Outstanding customer service – thank you, Kerin!

Weather Station 5 in 1 Sensor Failure but turned out great!

I was gifted a Bresser 5 in 1 weather station which is a fantastic product - Unfortunately the outdoor sensor failed in year 3 but support were very helpful and thourough and after all the tests and fixes they provided a replacement which worked with the original base station - very efficient service and a pleasure to deal with would highly reccomend

Have owned a 7 in one weather station…

Have owned a 7 in one weather station for the last 3 years, temperature sensor unfortunately stopped working, they replace the station sensor without charge and extremely promptly, probably the best after sales I have ever had, 5 star platinum service!

Bresser 5 in 1 weather station failed - No parts

purchased a Bresser 5 in 1 weather station via Amazon. The outdoor sensors worked perfectly for 3 years and then the outdoor unit suddenly failed with no warning , no Temp / humidity readings were possible. Also to cap it all the wind vane direction indicator snapped when I took the unit off the mounting post to check the fault. I searched online for spare parts and was very surprised to find there is nothing available, no replacement direction vane or temperature module. Please make key modular replacement parts available for the outdoor weather sensor unit. Many people have had similar experiences on various user Forums. For a good company like Bresser, this is not a good long term reliability record and the sensors should last much longer than the reported 2-3 year lifespan that has been witnessed by Forum users. The standard guarantee is 2 years ,so If the temp sensors do statistically fail in this time span then modular parts should be readily available. Not very happy with longer term user experience and I want to replace parts , seems I have bought a throw away unit..

5**** service

Without a shadow of a doubt, some of the best customer service I have ever had from a company.

I have had a Polarie for some time and had the adaptor for almost as long.

I unscewed the adaptor to put it back in the bag, and unfortunately for me, knocked it over the edge of the cliff edge that I was standing near. At this point you may call me a numpty.

Now this is not the newest piece of kit, but it is one of my most trusted, and I was upset to say the least.

I searched high and low for one, and the only one I could find was a refurbished one in Germany. I decided that the Bressler customer service team might be my best chance of salvation and ask if they could source one for me and they came back within 24 hours. Kerin was absolutely brilliant, telling me that a refurb had been found. She kept me informed and updated regularly. Today, I received the adaptor, and sad individual I am, I can say my life is almost complete again!

Recognised problem and now works perfectly again!

Identified the problem as I sent a photo of the weather station and the non working elements. Advised to change batteries and clean out side unit. Once all back together I re-paired outside and inside unit and having ‘settled down’, works brilliantly again!

Bresser Game Camera problem.

I purchased two Bresser Game Cameras from Lidl Inverness on 25th June 2024, however one failed within the first year of the five year guarantee period. Although purchased at a huge discount, Bresser honoured the guarantee without quibble. After receiving full purchase and fault evidence, on-line, Bresser then sent me a brand new Trail Camera by return. Probably the best such service I've received from any manufacturer in my life. My review should have been sent in June, however, at last I've got round to it. A big thank you to Bresser Uk Ltd.

Magnificent service from Bresser and Kerin

I purchased a pair of BRESSER Pirsch 8x42 Binoculars, at the Bird Fair, five years ago. They came with a 5 year guarantee. The eye cup had, through use, become extremely loose and needed attention. Unfortunately the warranty had expired. I contacted Bresser in Germany and they offered to service them, if I sent the binoculars to them. This was obviously going to be extremely expensive option. I was about to visit my local optics shop and found that Bresser have a British Service/Sales department. I contacted them and spoke to Kerin, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We discussed a number of options. I sent my binoculars to Bresser in the UK. Kerin was in contact by email throughout and kept me informed on the arrival and progress of the repair. Kerin tightened the eye cup and returned them to me. He would not accept any payment for this repair or the postage for the return. I cannot thank him enough. It was really wonderful to be able to speak to a person who was obviously an expert. This whole sequence of events was about 10 days. Wonderful service by Bresser and Kerin. Thank you.

My wife bought me a new pair of…

My wife bought me a new pair of binoculars , about 2 years ago ? , my pride a joy . We use them on our beloved sailing boat , carefully stored in the case ,removed off the boat in the winter . This year on using them the image and the compass , giving you heading of the item had taken on an unusual angle .
We contact the UK sales division and they decided the repair would be complicated , we were offered a new pair , and the newest model which I have to say are excellent . Delivered to us in quick time at nil expense to us . I think the company have gone well beyond my expectations . I would recommend there binoculars as after sales service is second to non

Great Warranty Service

Great Warranty Service

We have had a Bresser 6-in-1 Weather Station for nearly five years and it has given us very good service. However, it stopped reporting the Outdoor Temperature and Humidity on 31 May 2025. We therefore checked on the warranty and found that it expired on 31 July 2025. We contacted the suppliers (The Weather Shop) who requested details to confirm the warranty. They confirmed it and instructed us to carry out some checks and then informed Bressersuk, the manufacturers' UK arm. Bresseruk then asked us thoroughly to clean the outdoor unit and to send them photographs of it and to confirm that the fault was still present, all of which we did.

Bresseruk then informed us that the 6-in-1 Weather Station model was no longer made but that they would replace it under warranty with a new current 7-in-1 Weather Station, warranted for the balance of the original warranty, subject to our acceptance. We naturally agreed to this and the new 7-in-1 Weather Station arrived (from the Bresser German HQ) on Tuesday, 8 July 2025.

This was an excellent and impressive example of a conscientious and scrupulously punctilious warranty service and we were most impressed by its overall friendly and helpful operation and handling. We would certainly recommend this company's product and service.

Weather station

Bought a remote sensor as a replacement for a damaged one on an existing setup. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one but the sales support team were exceptional in resolving my issue. The revised setup now provides improved reporting and forecasting.

BRESSER Universal smartphone holder is useless

I purchased a BRESSER Universal Smartphone Adapter "Deluxe" holder for £21.80 for my telescope. When the item arrived it had one of the three eyepiece grips offset by one tooth, making the item unusable. When I returned the item Bresser said there was nothing wrong with the holder! I even sent them a photograph. After some additional email and photograph sending - Bresseruk eventually refunded the item cost and postage costs. As the item WAS faulty I was entitled to return postage costs being refunded. Bresseruk failed to understand their legal obligation with sending distance selling. Zero points for Bresser!

Fantastic company giving an excellent service

What a fantastic service I've received from Bresser when my 2.5yr old weatherstation stopped working properly. A new sensor was delivered in about a week. Excellent company to deal with, and emails were replied to very promptly.

Brilliant company

Brilliant company to deal with from start to finish.. had an issue with the orgional delivery but cant blame bresser for this or the actual courier as accidents happen.. the customer support has been above and beyond with the situation from start to finish i honestly cant thank them enough for their support and understanding. excellant company
