Brick Borrow is a brilliant idea. I’m a massive Lego lover but some sets I wouldn’t collect or buy myself but would love to build. So brick borrow gives me that opportunity. Thankyou BB

So far I am really happy with Brick Borrow! I love lego but hate the cost and don't have space to store all the ones I want to build so this is PERFECT! I get to build amazing sets and destroy them when I'm ready to send them back. It's great. I have only recently joined and built one set but ready to break it down and return it so I can order another one! Will update more when I have had a few sets too.

I’m enjoying the experience so far although have been slightly disappointed that many of the sets advertised are in such high demand that they never seem to be available to borrow. This unavailability is only apparent after purchasing a plan and then browsing sets to borrow. I’ve still enjoyed the experience however, and customer support are always very quick to respond on the odd occasion that sets arrive with missing pieces.

First time borrowing and building Lego from Brick Borrow. Very positive experience. Brought all the family together. Sign up was easy. Delivery was swift and the set was brand new. Looking forward to our next build.

They have a massive selection, website is easy to use, price plans are clear.
Always easy to get in touch if they're are any issues which are resolved quickly.
If there are any missing bits. Which is rare but happens they will source a replacement and send it to you with no further expense
I recommend sorting trays as the sets arrive in a single big bag. Unless it's a first build then it comes as it would from lego. But you also send it back in a single bag, where other lending sites want you to reverse bag
You can expect to get 2 maybe 3 build a month if your quick enough. Package turnaround can take from 3 days. Post office to picking a new set. You can even get royal mail to collect from your house to send it back rather than going to the shop.
I have been a subscriber more than 2 years and have had more than 20 sets. with 3 of those being first builds. You do struggle to get the more popular sets. Much like any library, But they do have multiples of the same ones. To try and mitigate.

Really enjoy being able to make Lego without the huge cost of Lego and the hassle of storing or selling built sets. I’ve had a membership for a month and have already built £400 worth of Lego. A great idea and really good service.

I have been with brick borrow for nearly a year now and absolutely love it! I have a huge personal Lego collection but am limited on funds and space. Brick borrow allows me to build the sets I want without the price tag!
Their customer service is amazing!! I have had a few enquiries with them and they are very helpful and respond very quickly!

Brick Borrow is an amazing experience for great value. There’s tons of sets to choose from, fast shipping, affordable subscription packages and it’s a really great alternative to buying Lego (and having to spend lots of ££ with nowhere to store it). Need to also mention customer service - communication is great, super friendly and always extremely prompt. Even if so it happens you’re missing a piece (99% of the time you just can’t find it) just let them know and they will send you a replacement super quick (and free of charge!) so you can finish up your build. Never ever had any issues and extremely glad to be part of Brick Borrow family.

I love Brick Borrow - I’m on my second set and just about to head into month two.

It’s value for money and a great home date night or time with the kids.

We’ve borrowed the up house and groot, and we are looking forward to exploring many more sets.

The delivery and turnaround is fast and we are looking forward to being able to build bigger sets in the future.

I recommend it to all my friends and family, I get to build Lego and not have to dust it and I’m exploring sets I wouldn’t normally buy!

Discovered brick borrow through a work colleague and I’ve been borrowing ever since! It’s perfect for getting to build those sets you just don’t have room for! Any issues I’ve ever had have been promptly sorted with little hassle!

I’ve now received two Brick Borrow subscription sets in a row with missing pieces, which is completely unacceptable for a paid rental service.

The first set was missing 28 pieces. The second set is already missing 8 pieces, and I’ve only checked the first page of the inventory. At this point, I refuse to spend my time counting and double-checking pieces when that’s exactly what this service is supposed to remove the need for.

Brick Borrow did offer to send replacement pieces, but this doesn’t work in practice. I ordered the set on Monday and received it on Friday. Replacement pieces wouldn’t arrive until Monday or Tuesday, meaning I wouldn’t realistically finish building until Wednesday. By the time the set is returned and logged, I’d only be able to order another one the following Monday.

That effectively turns the subscription into a two-week loan per set, meaning you can realistically borrow only two sets a month—assuming nothing goes wrong.

A far more reasonable resolution would have been free delivery on my next set, acknowledging that I was unable to properly build the set through no fault of my own. Instead, it feels like I’m paying to check their sets for missing pieces, which should be Brick Borrow’s responsibility.

Receiving incomplete sets twice in a row points to a serious lack of quality control. A rental service should be ensuring sets are complete before sending them out. I’ve canceled my subscription because the experience has been consistently frustrating and not worth the cost.

Really fun way to try lots of different Lego sets. Very friendly company.

Such a fun, brilliant idea! I’m loving Brickborrow and so enjoy picking my set and get very excited when my delivery arrives. Highly recommend for an alternative to doom scrolling!

Brick Borrow has been fuelling my nephews and my own Lego addiction for quite some time now! Absolutely fab company to deal with lots of awesome builds to choose from and we have loved building them together!
