Never received!!!!.
Never received!!!!.. and have been scammed by this low integrity -suspect company. DO NOT BUY from this company. It's a total scam. Also, when I read that it only GLOWS when you take a picture, I tried to stop the delivery that was 'pending' and they told me I couldn't. I ordered Dec 9th and have not received yet and company definitely had no Christmas delivery intentions! Hoping to make sure no one else makes the same mistake I did.

Ordered on 12/08 still have not received. Had to explain to my nephews why I didn’t have gifts for them.
I started reading reviews tonight from people with the same issue and reviews on poduct misleading.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

False advertising
Very misleading. Ball does not light up in the dark. Only on a video. From the ads it seems like we could play in the dark which is why we bought them. But not the case at all. Does not light up in the dark. Very disappointed. False advertising and I would not recommend.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY
ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY
DO NOT BUY.
Marketing very misleading.
The ball only gets bright when viewed through a camera.
If you expect to go out in the dark with head torches and enjoy the effect - forget it.
Black ball, nighttime, can't see it.
A con.
Just a black rugby ball unless you want to film it all the time.
I'm sure the sellers will say it's clear in their marketing - but the pictures are very misleading.
Rubbish.
Also - if you look carefully at the many posts below some of the ones praising are duplicated word for word under different names so clearly the positive posts are from the company itself. Let's see how long it takes them to take this mistake down.

It’s been 3 weeks and my items just left China. It’s Christmas Day and I will no longer need them because their website says 3-5 days processing time. They didn’t even ship it for 3 WEEKS. I sent repeated messages and finally received one generic email reply.

Can’t give zero stars unfortunately
Can’t give zero stars unfortunately. Super disappointed in this. Not only did it take forever to get here, but when I realized it was falsely advertised it was too late to do anything about it. So here I am on Christmas Eve, looking at a ball that advertises that it glows, and it’s just a dark football with a slight holographic coating to it. How is this supposed to work at night with no light??!! And as others had mentioned, they did do a sneaky add on that I didn’t realize until it was too late of an additional “gift charge”. Total bulls**t, and my son will be very disappointed.

I ordered 2 footballs as Christmas…
I ordered 2 footballs as Christmas presents for my grandsons. One of them will not hold air at all, massive leaking from the lace area. I'm not sure about the other one yet because I mailed it deflated and he has not opened it yet. The other thing that is not made clear is that the balls only light up like the pictures and videos in the advertisement when you are videoing the ball. I was expecting a very colorful ball and it is not unless you are videoing. Disappointing.

Don't buy!!!!!
Just got my football -- on Christmas Eve, even though I ordered it December 8, and the site advertised quick delivery. It's not 'bright' -- it's a dull gray, only lights up with a camera flash, what a ripoff. Also, it comes deflated, with no instructions and no way to pump it up unless you buy a custom pump. Ridiculous!

FUMING
Ordered dec 3rd still no order
Considering I spent over £100 attempted delivery but no contact details to get in touch with courier
Emailed company 6 times and just a generic email back
This was a Christmas present that we won’t get and doubt I’ll be getting my mo ey back as no one from the company is actually responding

Not as advertised!!!!!
This is not1
what's advertised!!
A blacked out football turned up in a bag, not like the video on their website (where a boy opens it up and it's in a proper package), I also paid extra for a bag (hoping it would be some matching packaging like the website)... which only some random Christmas card has been included and no bag :(... absolute joke really.
Spent over £30 for a ball, that's a cheapo thing from China and NOT the UK as advertised. Delivery had taken twice the time as promised and to top it off the ball only works in the dark when you flash a light or camera on it...
Beware!!

ZERO STARS!!
ZERO STARS!!! I spent 133.85 buying one of each type of balls during their bogo sale. They said my items would be here in 3 to 5 business days from Canada. Well here I am and it’s been two weeks. The items are still in processing in China. I’ve reached out to customer support and have received no way to resolve this. I will be reporting this to someone or with my bank because this is way too much money to lose Upon reading other reviews, I wish I would’ve done that before placing an order because it seems like the product is also falsely advertised as well! But

This is NOT a UK company they are in China
Despite being advertised as Bright Ball UK, it is in China.
I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my order (although it is advertised as 5-8 day delivery).
My children will not get these in time for Xmas.
Avoid.

FALSE ADVERTISING
I initially thought I was purchasing from Australia and they also said it would take 1 - 3 day to arrive. (At this time of the year I expected a week or two). When they didn’t arrive I checked the tracking and CHINA was where they were coming from.
They still haven’t arrived which upsets me as these were presents for my grandchildren. FALSE ADVERTISING. I guess they will arrive before the kids are in their teens 😡
There is NO WAY I will ever purchase anything ever again from this company

BUYER BEWARE
Ordered an illuminated football 12/11/24. First tracking update today 12/21/24 which stated arrived at facility in China…WHAT! 10 days to get from one place in China to another?? Now I would imagine it will be put on a “slow boat” if you know what I mean. Perhaps if I get it in time, I can give it for a Christmas present in 2025. Also bait and switch, they included a gift bag for six dollars and insurance for four dollars which I did not include in the original order. They don’t even deserve one star. Never purchase again from this company.

I have waited nearly two weeks for this…
I have waited nearly two weeks for this order and finally it arrived.
When initially ordered two items were added to the order without me realising, insurance? and a card and bag which unfortunately I only realised the insurance was added, I cancelled this but overlooked the card and bag? Great if it was a gift but I was charged £4.99.
The ball arrived but no card or bag?
I am now waiting for a refund but emailing is is quite long winded, they have requested photos of what was received and if it was tampered with?
If you order anything from this company please double check what you have actually ordered!
Not impressed at all.
Beware

DO NOT BUY
Like so many other 2 star reviews on here I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered this product on December 11 and it still has not shipped even though it said I was have it with in 7 days. I have emailed multiple times with no response. At this point I would rather have my money back than receive the product. This is so disappointing.

Unfortunately went from bad to worse
Unfortunately went from bad to worse, system repeatedly added gift bags at a cost, when removed and went through payment process charged for them anyway.
Would not uphold the complaint as the item was already "dispatched" item arrived weeks late and did not have said gift bags in, balls not fit for purpose stitching coming away, 1 ball could not be inflated. The reflection only works with camera not under just lights, adverts are fabricated to edited to look like they shine like the moon... They don't.
Best offer with regards a refund was 25% of total order if I pay for return.
Absolute scam please

Would give Zero stars if I could!!
Would give Zero stars if I could!!! I paid for express delivery and after 3 weeks I still haven’t received it and my emails are being ignored! Spent £48 as ordered gift wrapping and bought 2 balls and a pump and still nothing!!! I want a refund but I’m being ignored!!!! Worst company ever AVOID!!!!!!

Lies and More Lies
I am leaving a second review because the comment that the company left on my first one is a complete lie. My order was never delivered. I ordered on Dec 8. It is Dec 18 and as of today, the new tracking they provided says that the order will be delivered some time in January, 14-16 days from now. But in their comment they say it was delivered to Italy on Dec 15. No, it wasn't, first of all. And second, even if it was, what good would it do me for it to be simply delivered to Italy? It needs to arrive at my home. This company is misleading and deceitful. I also think that if you look closely at the positive reviews they seem quite fake.

Not as expected ☹️
Total false advertising I’m gutted I wasted £30 on this ball
It’s literally black with the slightest sheen to it
I’ve looked in different lights in the dark under the flash of a camera and it’s 100% not what is shown on the adverts
Bought this as a Xmas present for my son and it’s that bad I’m contemplating not even giving it to him
