Breach of guidelines
If i could give it no stars i would.
If i could give it no stars i would.
The ball is shipped from China not Australia. The ball doesn't glow like the advert. I tried to cancel hours after ordering and they said they couldn't cancel the order. I will be taking this further and getting media involved to do a investigation into this business. Do not buy from here.

False advertisement
False advertisement. The ball came not blown up. The stitches were visible sticking out and the colour of the ball does not light up anywhere near how they do in the online videos. Very poor quality. Cheap material and I spent almost 100 for the ball and bump and Christmas cards… extremely rip off and would not pay anymore then 20 aud for all.

It’s fake
It’s fake. It only shines when viewed through a camera at night, with an active light source. Or photos with a flash. Have purchased one and got conned.

Absolutely dreadful product
Absolutely dreadful product, not enough information that is clear enough! Fake advertising on every aspect. I did originally think the ball glowed in different lighting just to find the balls are completely black and only work for flash. Which I’m not mad about if I knew more. But to advertise that it comes in a box yet it’s flat packed in a crumpled up bag!! Doesn’t make a good gift

I would give no stars if possible
I would give no stars if possible! Ordered 2 weeks ago. Policy states they send in 1 to 2 business days and delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. We'll I'm still awaiting for it to be sent! Emailed a week ago and they tried to make an excuse that they couldn't deliver to Canada as there are strikes. I ordered in the UK to deliver in the UK! Told me to keep checking for updates. I have emailed a few times now asking for them to cancel the order and refund my money and I am getting ignored now. Save your money. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"

Im not normally one to complain but…
Im not normally one to complain but this product is honestly a rip off. It is absolutely nothing like what is advertised and the "brightness" only shows up if you take a photo with a flash on. Hardly unique for a small child, are they expected to play football whilst holding a flash camera? I also paid for gift wrapping and the ball came in a grey plastic mailing envelope, flat packed and I paid for the priveledge. I would definately not recommend this and would actually encourage others to think about their choice. It is definately not as per advertised

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I ordered one. When I got the email confirmation it said it would be coming from CHINA in 3-5 working days. That was 9 days ago. It never came. No one responds to emails. I got played

If zero stars were and option...
If zero stars were and option, it would be ZERO. It does not light up at night or during the day. The advertisements on TikTok, IG, Reels, etc... are meant to portray a ball that lights up in the dark. It does not. It perhaps does if filmed, but if I'm playing with the ball and it's not BRIGHT (at all) what do I care what the camera sees??? IT IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

SCAM - Bright Sport does NOT honor its return policy
We purchased the Bright Sport football. Once we realized the ball only lights up on a camera/photo we requested a return form. (The website does not offer a phone number or means to return, only an email). We received a 'canned' response. We sent a second request for return form, including a snip of their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee logo from the site. No response.
We should have known this was a scam when our virus protector questioned pur access to their site.

The ball does not light up
The ball does not light up; it’s simply false advertising to show that it does. The ball took a couple of weeks to arrive, and the grip is very poor, making it practically unusable except as a toy. The surface is far too slippery.

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish, nothing like the adverts and it arrives in a bag. For the pride I expected it to come in a box etc. Does not light up at all!!

Scam company with questionable business model
They added something I didn’t order to my package (a tiny, rubbish Christmas card that cost more than a whole pack in Tesco) and charged me for it, then told me I’d need to pay delivery to send it back. Also, the ball doesn’t light up - it just glows in camera flash footage! Beware their “refund policy” - they would have to refund you anyway (as per distance selling regulations) and they won’t pay return postage for you, so effectively they don’t have a returns policy outside of what is required by law. They also sell at inflated prices, then when you ask for refund they say “oh that will cost you an arm and a leg to return. Why not just take a discount?” This is basically their business model. I still can’t get the return address out of them for love nor money, and I’ve been asking for over a week. AVOID like the plague!

Don't buy!!
Don't buy!!! You won't receive your items, ordered for Christmas and still so called stuck on ready to ship, I want my money back all of it beyond a joke this site.

Reply from BRIGHT Sport
Not worth it
I ordered express shipping. It arrived late. The balls arrived flat with no pump. The ads showed nice packaging. Came in a plastic bag. Not worth the money.
