I’ve never left a negative review before - with ANY company, so for me to take the time and do this speaks volumes. Be very careful when ordering from this company. My first order, they sent the wrong stone so we did an exchange. It takes them 6-8 weeks to fabricate the rings and ship it out. My second stone - correct stone but HORRIBLE quality. I contacted Brilliance that day about the stone. They saw my concerns and agreed the stone was not their “normal” quality….BUT it was too late to exchange it. My 30 days was up. The second stone had no video for me to view so shame on me for trusting a picture. I truly trusted this company with providing me the best quality lab stone. The first ring issue was not my fault and the second stone they sent was like see through glass. I’ve seen better $100 CZ rings. You can literally see the prongs and my finger through the stone. It’s called “windowing” or “empty space”. Very expensive HORRIBLE “certified” stone.

Worked with Tom on a necklace for my daughter and her wedding. Tom did a great job offering a fair price and getting me comfortable with a company new to me. Always a concern when making a significant purchase, but good customer service is always appreciated these days.

I had a few questions about shipping and went to chat for help. From there I was in contact with Henry. Henry answered all my questions. He also looked over my purchase and gave me insight on details such as color and clarity of the stone I had chosen and even sent me text of some better options. He is now involved in this purchase to insure I receive the ring by the date that I need it delivered. All this done on Saturday and Sunday by phone call and text.

I was assisted by Janet Chauhan when I was looking to replace my lost engagement ring. My partner purchased my beautiful ring from Brilliance last year and I unfortunately lost it last week.
