I went through brilliance to purchase my seven year anniversary present and Santiago helped me every step of the way he gave me all my options. Listened to my needs and really nailed it. I am so happy with my diamond and my setting. Customer service was top-notch. Quality is phenomenal. I will definitely be back.

From customer support, to ordering and shipping, to the finished product the whole process was a breeze. The ring turned out fantastic and my now fiancé was extremely happy with the ring. Would recommend to anyone!

if you’re seeing this review, DO IT!!! i am beyond satisfied and AMAZED with my rings. i got the channel solitaire bridal set and my eyes can’t believe what they are seeing. it’s the most beautiful thing i have ever layed my eyes on. white gold, 1.5 ct diamond and i couldn’t be happier. i ordered on may 20th and received on june 15th. had some issues with fedex but that’s not on Brilliance.com, their customer service is amazing too. order the ring yall, you won’t be disappointed

Tom S was very knowledgeable, flexible, and supportive on helping me pick the perfect diamond for my partner. He did not pressure me to go with more expensive options despite my budget allowing for it. He was very friendly throughout the whole process. You cannot beat the value. The stone I selected with its specs would have cost thousands more at the other listed places. I fully recommend Brilliance to anyone looking for a diamond.

Such a wonderful, stress-less, experience. If you are looking for jewelry and have no idea what you need to know. This is the place for you. Everything is so simple to understand, they are transparent about everything, and their customer service is TOP NOTCH. You will never be waiting long for a response. They even sent me pictures of the ring I designed which they didn't have to (I asked but was assuming they were going to say no). I was also updated at every single step of the process. Everything was too easy and then I got the ring--BEAUTIFUL! If this place doesn't have a 5/5 stars I would be surprised.
