Awful service
Awful service. Items showed as in stock. I eventually chased and was told they were out of stock but they would be despatched the next wednesday. Several days after Wednesday I chased again and was told it would be in the post that day. Swiftly followed by an almost full refund. Totally pointless.

I recently ordered for the first time…
I recently ordered for the first time since BCS has changed hands.
I ordered a product, and received something that was not advertised. I contacted customer service, and was told the brand had a substitution, and I would receive a refund voucher for the 3 items.
I verified my email, as I was asked to do. It has been 4 business days and I still haven't received the refund voucher. It isn't on my BCS account either.
I hope this company does the right thing and rectify this issue as promised.

Most things survived the hot summer weather
very prompt delivery and most things arrived in this 90degree summer weather, well packed. The only issue was the dark chocolate biscuits some of which were stuck together. Not a major issue.

The delivery was fine
The delivery was fine, and I received my chips without any issues. However, after eating them, I became sick with stomach pain and diarrhea. At first, I didn’t realize the chips might have been the cause. A few days later, I ate another bag from the same order, and the exact same thing happened again. That’s when I realized it was most likely related to the chips. I’m not sure what was wrong with them or how this happened, but I wanted to share my experience so others are aware.

Prompt but expensive service by DHL.
Upon further unpacking disappointed to discover a package of cheese crackers and bourbon biscuits all broken. ( I have photos). I have no idea what happened with this order, but it’s an expensive mistake I won’t be repeating. You have lost a customer.

We are sorry to hear that some of your chocolate products arrived melted on this occasion. We do want to make our customers aware that we have clear warnings posted on our website advising against ordering chocolate products to warm climates, as unfortunately once parcels are in transit we have no control over the temperatures they may be exposed to. We would always encourage customers in warmer regions to take this into consideration when placing orders containing chocolate.
Regarding the cost of delivery, DHL's international shipping rates are set by them directly and are outside of our control. We do however appreciate that the cost can feel significant, and we understand that makes it all the more disappointing when products do not arrive in perfect condition.

I received my parcel July 1st and the 'Best by' date for the Oxo cubes is July 2026.
I ordered 3 Marmites and one was leaking. The lid was not screwed on tightly even though it had a seal. It was a mess but fortunately it was in bubble wrap.

They did refund tin. I paid so much in shipping and taxes that it’s disappointing to not get whole order.

Most of the packaging was OK
Most of the packaging was OK, but all of the chips were nearly open due to the box got crushed. The freshness and everything was good so far would highly recommend just better packaging especially coming to the US.
