My husband was unable to log in to his…
My husband was unable to log in to his (long held) account with his usual password. The reset password option did not work either so we tried the phone line. Due to the 'exceptionally high demand' we finally decided to open a new account in my name. The booking process then worked easily but it was not what we wanted to have to do.
A good outcome after an infuriating hour or so....

It is now much easier to review different options and modify as you proceed.
Overall the Brittany Ferries experience has been positive over the years and the benefits of the loyalty programme much appreciated.

After the clutch went out on our car
After the clutch went out on our car, just north of Plymouth jack from the Plymouth office, made it really easy to reschedule and cancel our reservation tomorrow and get us on a ferry out of Portsmouth on Friday evening.
