Great product and excellent helpful staff

Promptly took my telephone call and very helpful with the extra information I needed prior to ordering. My large grey post box arrived in good time and was expertly packaged. The post box is of great quality. Very pleased.

Love our new Brize Box. We ordered the large standalone one. I had one query that was resolved really quickly. The box looks very neat (worried it would look too big but doesn't) on our fence and it is working really well.

Couldn’t have wished for a better postbox. Solid, very secure and a very good price compared to other ones of a similar size.

Ordered a sign 25/8. Took my money and heard nothing. I’ve emailed asking for an update but nothing. Avoid

Delivery date was planned very well with a phone call. Tracking number, text and email updates too. Option of a call 1hr before delivery from the driver too.
The product was packaged very well indeed with 90⁰ cardboard corners on extremities, polystyrene etc. then fully assembled in a strong cardboard box.
I spent a while looking inside it and all around (I'm that sort of person) and I could tell it is a high quality product. I also lubed all moving parts with silicone gel lubricant.
I chose the XL size because this is a one time purchase, I want it to handle as much as possible.
I needed a box which could be unloaded from the rear; this has a door and a blanking panel which are easily interchangeable.
This product is not cheap. I was fortunate enough to have a very kind person pay half as a birthday present.
I personalised mine with my house name and anchored it to the ground and sideways. It's on CCTV too.
Parcel delivery is a growth industry, so I only see these getting more popular.

Great service excellent quality

Easy to order, quick despatch and delivery. Ordered through the website, and it was delivered within a couple of days. It sat in my garage for a couple of days until I got time to install it. Pretty well packaged, no damage when unboxed, now the slightly tricky part. It's not easy to install on your own. My wall was straight, but the ground sloped a little, which meant I had to wedge it to hold it against the wall. Fixings are sturdy, and designed to attach securely. You need a 12mm drill! All installed, and very happy with it. Now trying to convince the couriers to actually use it! But very happy nonetheless. Maybe a customisation service as part of the ordering next?

Ordered the standalone large parcel box. It arrived within a few days and was easy to fix to the wall. It’s a good price compared to others I looked at online.

It takes good size parcels but also has a post box which means our postman have to confront our soft but excitable collie as it’s away from the front door.

It’s solid, secure and looks as if it will be hard wearing.

Overall we’re very happy.

Easy to order and a great, well made and thought through product. Other parcel boxes looked like filing cabinets but this one seems to have been designed with parcels in mind.
The service though was exceptional, personal and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

Good communication and fast delivery.

We’re very pleased with our Brizebox. We hired a local tradesman to mount it on the wall next to our front door which took him about half an hour to do. It means we have eliminated an entrypoint for cold air from the old letterbox and our parcels and post are delivered securely.
