Easy purchase and fast delivery

I’ve bought Brook Tavener regular fit shirts for ten years, either online or from their Northallerton store. I love the shirts for their generous fit, full length and lovely quality.
More recently I’ve purchased trousers, mostly casual and the fit is perfect every time.
I’m retired and confess to taking advantage of their many offers.

Good quality product, arrived promptly and at. Sensible price.

The website wanted to take payment by PayPal which I do not use. I had to phone up to make a card payment. Shirts arrived very quickly. Disappointed by the poor quality of the shirts.

Ordered and arrived within the stated time frame.

Great company with fantastic products at good prices. The only thing that spoils the experience is Evri, totally incompetent delivery service who doesn’t have a clue as to what it has done with your delivery.

I have ordered a few suits and business shirts and I'm always very happy with the quality and price.

I was very pleased with the initial product and delivery but, unfortunately, had to return the trousers because they were a bit too large for me. An exchange was not possible so I have received a refund and reordered a smaller pair which were delivered promptly.
Cannot fault the customer service although the 'ringback' facility seems a bit hit-or-miss.

Shirts of a high quality and stylish. Made an error on my original order but a phone call soon rectified this in a polite and helpful manner.

I ordered 3 rugby shirts medium size but when l tried them on they were far too large which was odd as all of the shirts & polos that l have purchased in the past have been a perfect fit
Nevertheless the service received from BT has always been excellent & customer service also excellent

The order for the jeans was for a 37” inside leg unfinished. Received a 36” unfinished leg. Real pity as the product quality was good. Have ordered before from BT and may do so again but quality checks are needed.
