Bought some shirts for my Sons Birthday…
Bought some shirts for my Sons Birthday allegedly dispatched 9th Aug ! First one item cancelled by them out of stock -gave me a£20 refund although it retailed at £24.95! But NO Sign of other shirts . Disappeared after a message the Evri had them -good old EVRI the very WORST parcel delivery company - better off chucking your money in the bin . Useless

We’re sorry to hear of your disappointment, particularly as these shirts were ordered for your son’s birthday.
To clarify the refund for the cancelled shirt, your order qualified for our 3 shirts for £60 offer, so the price paid for each shirt was £20. The £20 refunded therefore represents the full amount paid for that item.
Unfortunately, the remaining shirts have been delayed within the Evri network. Following your contact with our Customer Service team, we have chased the delivery again today and, by way of apology for the delay, have refunded your delivery charge.
We appreciate how frustrating this experience has been and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Should you choose to order with us again, DHL delivery is also available to select at checkout as an alternative to Evri.

I don’t buy shirts and trousers anywhere else
I’ve been buying Brook Tavener shirts and trousers now for about 6 years, originally in store but now also online.
I only buy from their sale range and buy in multiples to get the best deals.
Their shirts are long enough to cover my bottom and cuffs and collars seem to last forever. They are excellent shirts.
Their trousers never fail to fit and I like the cut and the higher number of belt loops than most.
Finally, when buying online their deliveries are always extremely prompt and packaging is excellent; trousers for example always arrive on a hanger and are wrapped so that when unfolded there is minimum creasing.
Overall this is a good quality manufacturer with an excellent and affordable product range.
