Absolutely Disappointed – Avoid This Company at All Costs!
I ordered a bracelet from Browsway and received a defective product that tore after just one use. I reached out to their customer service team ten times — yes, TEN — and not only did they ignore my complaint, but they also stopped replying after I explained the issue in detail.
This is by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. No accountability. No refund. No replacement. Just silence.
The lack of professionalism and respect for customers is shocking. If you're thinking about ordering from them, think again. There are many better companies out there who actually care about their customers.
Save your money and your time. I wouldn't recommend Browsway to anyone.
