I received an Apple Macbook Pro Retina 13" early 2015. I expect that with a B battery category for this specific product, I would expect the battery life to atleast last a few hours to last. Well, turns out the battery was literally DRAINED fully after 20 minutes without even having anything open! Which there is clearly a problem with the battery/is defective. I've tried to contact them and no response so far. Very upsetting experience especially being a student on a budget and with the need of a laptop NOW.

Poor customer service misleading pricing
I wanted to buy an iMac Pro Brugtecomputere.Dk had on their website.
First I asked if they could send it to their store in Hellerup so that I could see it - the price was north of 20.000dkk…. They declined and asked me to go to their warehouse in Ballerup but that I had to call in advance.
I called up to make an appointment and they asked is they could connect the computer - they confirmed.
When I arrived one of the employees had used it as part of his setup. They pointed at it and said that it worked, but that the keyboard was broken and they would buy a new one to be delivered with the machine. The guy using it did not move so I could sit in front of it.
On the website it had 2 prices 24.995,- and 22.995,- which was the discounted price.
When I wanted to pay they said the price was 24.995,- and I referred to their website and the discounted 22.995,- and they told me that it was not correct and if I wanted that price I could get it with the defect keyboard and mouse.
Based on this I left without a computer - I can only advice against buying anything from them.

Thanks for your review. The Mac Pro 27" you have been looking at costs 24,995
It has previously been on offer for 22995 where the product had a scratch on the keyboard or mouse. But there has been no question of defects as you describe it. The price of the 22995 was no longer active and therefore it was also not possible to buy it online for 22995. We also gave you the option to buy it for 22995 but with the keyboard that came with it which worked perfectly but had a small dent in the edge. Or you could have bought it for 24995 with a new keyboard and mouse.
You rejected both options, and unfortunately it was not possible for us to sell it with a new keyboard and mouse at the offer price of 22995. Hope you find another product that matches your needs.

I have bought a levono thinkpad
I have bought a levono thinkpad. Its wifi hardver card doesn't work. I went to the shop and they gave me a USB wifi card to use until they are going to be able to solve the problem of the laptop.
It is a negative thing that the laptop arrived with an issue and that I could not get a well functioning laptop instead when I turned to the service with that issue.
Positive thing is that anyway they are going to solve the problem with time.
