The worst company ever

The worst company ever ! I used them several times. The absolutely do not care about their clients but only about making a transaction. I booked with them at Flizzr car rental in Nice and then immediately received order confirmation from them that that the rental is with SIXT/FLIZZR. I was shocked. I do not rent from SIXT because they tried to overcharge me on one occasion and I told them I will never rent from them again(and in return they banned me from renting with them). So I immediately cancelled this booking and made a new one on BSP auto which is even more expensive. However I was charged 50 GBP for cancellation of the one with FLIZZR although it was cancelled within 5 minutes of booking for the reasons mentioned above. Phone rep doesn’t know if there is anyone in their London office which is really dodgy and said they are in Paris.

They cancelled my booking and wouldn't admit their mistake

Rebooked car hire because I saw it had got cheaper and I requested to cancel the original booking on the Gotrentalcar.com website but they cancelled the new booking. Wouldn't accept their mistake and in the meantime the price went up. I called and spoke to a manager who said it was a bad line so he would call me back ... And he never did. There is no complaints process.

bsp-auto/ gotrentalcars

bsp-auto, otherwise known as gotrentalcars were excellent. I tried booking with them and there was an issue with the payment, in the mean time i booked with another company but when gotrentalcars requested a payment I got confused and thought it was for the other company that I booked with and paid it, therefore having two bookings. when I contacted bsp auto/ gotrental cars they were instantly very helpful and arranged a no quibble refund which I received roughly 10 days later. I will definately use them in the future. very helpful customer service on the phone and by email.

!!!! Beware of Hidden Costs When Booking!!!!

I recently rented a car from Klasswagen via bsp-auto for a trip from Faro to Lisbon, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. While the initial booking confirmed a rental cost of 97€, including insurance, I was asked to pay 460€ when picking up the car. This included hidden fees for dropping the car off at a different location, an exorbitant insurance charge, and a one way transfer fee that was never disclosed upfront. The final cost was drastically different from what I had agreed upon, and I found this lack of transparency and honesty to be completely unacceptable. I would caution others to be very careful and make sure all costs are transparently communicated before renting from this company.

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company, I booked with Avis through them but had to cancel and they are now claiming Avis are saying I used the car and won't refund me but will give no evidence of what they claim Avis have said. Avoid at all costs

I strongly advise everyone to stay far…

I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this car rental company. Our flight was delayed (something completely outside our control), and when we finally arrived—tired and frustrated—we were met with zero understanding and shocking rudeness.
They refused to give us the car we had already paid for, simply because we were late due to the delayed flight. No flexibility, no assistance, no empathy—just a cold “too bad” attitude and dismissive behavior.

Their staff were incredibly unprofessional and borderline aggressive. Not only did they leave us stranded in a foreign country without a car, but they also showed absolutely no interest in helping us find a solution. They didn’t care about our situation at all.

This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They ruined the beginning of our trip and cost us time, money, and a lot of stress.

Do yourself a favor: choose literally ANY other company. This one is unreliable, disrespectful, and completely inconsiderate of their customers. If your flight is even slightly delayed, you’re on your own

Still waiting for my deposit after 2 months – avoid this company!

I rented a car in Marrakech through BSP Auto two months ago. To this day, I have not received my deposit refund that was taken as security against damage or theft.

I’ve contacted BSP Auto multiple times, and every time I’m told to “wait a few more days.” Nothing ever happens. They keep saying they can’t reach the rental company – which is not my responsibility as a customer. I booked through BSP Auto, not directly with a local provider.

The level of service is completely unacceptable, and the way BSP Auto treats customers is beyond disgraceful. At this point, the company feels like a scam – they take your money and then disappear when you try to get it back.

I strongly warn anyone considering booking through them: do not trust BSP Auto. If I don’t receive my refund soon, I will take legal action and report this to the European Consumer Centre and French authorities.

Absolute miserable experience

I had an absolutely terrible experience with OK Mobility and BSP Auto in Olbia, Sardinia. After booking a vehicle, my partner was appalled to discover that his debit card was not accepted at pickup, as they only accept credit cards. To add insult to injury, my physical credit card was also rejected.

Both BSP Auto and OK Mobility refused to allow us to change the name on the booking, effectively trapping us into paying over €300 for additional insurance just to have our debit card accepted. This felt like a deliberate scam, designed to squeeze more money out of unsuspecting customers. We were left with no options other than to either pay the outrageous fee or cancel the booking, which would incur an additional €95 charge.

After ultimately deciding to cancel, it has now been eight days, and we still have not received our refund. This experience has been nothing short of infuriating, and it’s clear from the numerous negative reviews that many others have faced the same issues. It seems that these companies are operating with little regard for customer satisfaction and are more interested in exploiting their clients.

I strongly urge anyone considering using BSP Auto or OK Mobility to think twice. The seemingly attractive prices come with a hidden cost of terrible service and unethical practices. Avoid these companies at all costs!

Very disappointing

Very disappointing, accidentally cancelled a car hire when trying to amend to an automatic car for collection in Carcassone. Called to explain my mistake but was told nothing could be done and that I would be charged £60!! Absolutely disgusting service and will not use again

We had an extremely disappointing…

We had an extremely disappointing experience booking a car through this company. We reserved a rental to pick up in Salta, Argentina and drop off in San Juan, with a clearly stated total price of €240. However, when we arrived at the rental desk, we were told this was only a partial payment, and we’d need to pay nearly four times more to actually take the car — something that was never disclosed during booking or in the confirmation email.

We were forced to cancel the rental and pay for last-minute flights instead, completely derailing our plans. Since early February, we have called the company five times and emailed them three times, only to be ignored or told they’re "waiting for the local provider in Argentina." It is now May, and we still have not received a refund.

This has been a deeply frustrating experience with zero accountability, poor communication, and no customer support. We strongly advise others to avoid booking with this company — they are unreliable and untrustworthy when it matters most.

Incommunicado when you complain

Car not delivered as rental company said I was too late but were happy to offer me another car for three times what I had paid in uk. So had to get another car. Since I have asked for reimbursement from bsp auto- 0 response- happy to take money but go invisible when they are supposed to respond to complaint/ request for compensation….

Following this I review, I coincidentally got first part of a refund, and when I emailed back that I wanted a full refund, they transferred the rest….
