Awful service and no feedback!
Awful service! We bought a diamond ring that had to be resized more than 10 days ago. They promised we would receive it within 3-4 days. The ring is still not with me and it was fully paid! They don't answer neither the phone for some days now nor the emails that we sent them.

Rubbish service
I did not have a good experience with this company. I left my Baume and Mercier watch with John Lewis on Oxford Street for a repair and full service thinking that I was dealing with John Lewis. I didn't appreciate at the time I was really dealing with Bucherer. That was in April. It took about 4/5 weeks just to get a quotation. I approved the quotation mid-May but I didn't get my watch back until October. I had to do all the chasing. Very little communication at all and then when I was contacted I was told, "Oh, we are no longer trading in John Lewis. Don't worry we have your watch." I was told I would be emailed to let me know where to pick up my watch but I received no email. In the end I called again, "Oh, your watch is in John Lewis". And John Lewis staff didn't seem to know what was going on.
When I collected my watch one of the rubber links on my watch strap was ripped. I just couldn't face giving my watch back for a replacement strap after the 6 months wait.

Awful service from online sales and no…
Awful service from online sales and no admission of error, just a pathetic email not accepting any fault and circling around the fact that plain and simply it was bad service.
Purchased two watches, both orders were cancelled due to not being available. First of all why are items not in stock being listed as being available to purchase? Second why was no attempt made to provide an alternative option or back order the watches ordered? (They are both still in production so this was possible).
But most importantly these watches were purchased using their 0% finance, as financially this made sense as I could get better returns if I kept hold of money - no company should be undertaking credit checks, (which can adversely affect credit ratings) if they do not have the product to sell.
Good service is shown by how a company makes good errors - and it is clear that when there is an issue Bucherer couldn't care less!
Just to make matters worse I just got an email to say that Bucehrer have responded to my review - this review was posted in September 2022, THREE YEARS AGO!! What prompt service

I walked in to the Westfield store a bit nervous knowing the situation with availability of my dream watch. I was greeted by Mahan who was extremely helpful and took the time and effort to go through the collection with me, knowing there is no guarantee of delivery.

Well, where do I start.. what a great experience. From the initial meet and greet to leaving the store, I was treated with respect, smiles all round and felt valued. I would like to personally mention Okan who looked after me during my visit to the selfridges boutique for my purchase. He wasn't pushy, took his time with me, I did not feel rushed. Okan was very professional and friendly. He had really good knowledge about the item I was looking for. I couldn’t fault his expertise and his mannerisms were second to none. If you happen to pass selfridges Rolex be sure to ask for okan as he is so helpful.
