I can’t be happier with the service I have received from Bucherer in Selfridges London. William who I met just over 2 Months ago in the store was extremely helpful when I came into the store looking to register for a date just. William educated me on the watch and other very exclusive watches I was very interested in but without purchasing history would be difficult to purchase.

I’ve been in other Rolex AD’s hoping to get the same information and did not have such a welcoming and educational experience.

The best part to all of this is 6 weeks later William got in contact with me that one of the watches I was interested in became available for me to purchase.

The buying and handover experience was as amazing and felt very intimate and memorable and I could not wish for a better experience from a store when it comes to purchasing my first Rolex.

I will definitely be back in the store to build my collection with Willam and the Bucherer family.

Absolutely amazing experience! Went into the Selfridges Boutique for my service repair collection and wow, what an amazing experience. Volkan really went above and beyond to make it such a memorable experience and explained every process even with how busy the store was, really gave his time and undivided attention. Volcan is a asset to Selfridges. Selfridges is lucky to have him. Volcan goes above and beyond. He is extremely processional while providing excellent customer service. A friend of mine purchased a Rolex from Bucherer at Westfields. He explained how difficult the process is to even be considered for a piece and the extremely slim chance of even getting on the rolex list. I do not wear any watches so I’m unaware of the sales procedures. He mentioned the staff will not sell you any Rolex and that it’s virtually impossible. He mentioned a staff member, Diana asked for a considerable amount of cash in exchange for his watch. He paid not because he wanted to because he had no choice. He showed me the messages. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing/reading its disgraceful how my good friend was asked to pay extra money to obtain the watch he wanted. How many more people has this happened too? What are the rules of conduct within this watch company I’m asking myself, surely this way of selling should not be allowed. Diana you should be ashamed of yourself I will be making a formal complaint when I visit the store.

Kaylie was fantastic! Took the time to talk me through everything, very welcoming and helpful. Experiences like this form total loyalty and I will only be coming to Bucherer Knightsbridge for anything and everything going forward. Ed

I purchased an order on the 10th of June online. After spending a great deal of money I had no updates on delivery for 3 days and delivery should be 3-5 working days.

I emailed and called countess times and resorted to messaging on Instagram. I have had no response and money has left my account. Absolutely awful customer service. I find it astonishing a boutique of luxury goods operates like this for their customers.

Simply put I have spent the money and no one has sent the item nor got back to me and I need the product by the 17th June for a birthday.

I saw Bucherer and decided to go in as I’m looking to buy a Rolex watch for my son as a wedding present.
Firstly as I entered there was only me in shop apart from 2 security men and 2 staff ( not even a hello)who were talking, having looked around and entering the Rolex area ,no one here, so I went and asked if there was anyone in Rolex area serving, one guy said he was, I explained what I was looking for, he said I would have to be loyal customer for them to even consider me a customer for a Rolex , I would have spend anything between 3-5k on something else in the shop to be a loyal customer, even another make of a watch, which I didn’t want. before he could even show my interest on a Rolex to his manager.
I asked him how am I suppose to become loyal customer if I can’t buy what I want.I didn’t want a different make of watch, he said I could buy jewellery
So basically forcing me to spend money on something I don’t want or I don’t get the watch I want. So if you haven’t bought anything from this shop before into thousands of pounds, you won’t get your Rolex
I know I’m not going to get any Rolex from here even though he took my details.
I also know if Bucherer responds to this review, there will an apology saying they don’t operate like this

I was recommended by friend who is a loyal customer to Westfield, he recommended I go and see Thasina and this was the best thing I ever did! she was very professional and listened to all my needs. I have a wedding coming up and wanted to gift my bridesmaids and groomsmen watches and jewellery and Thasina took her time to understand each individuals personality and helped me select the watches. Thasina is very caring and a patient listener and her service was impeccable. My biggest regret is not to come to the Westfield boutique earlier. I will recommend all my friends, family, colleagues to go visit Westfield store and see the wonderful Thasina, she is a true asset to the team. Thank you for being a part of my wedding journey and I will come back only to you everytime.

I picked up my dream watch from the Westfield store over the weekend, we as a family always deal with Thasina and she has been taking care of me and my family for a while now. Each and every time she goes out of her way to cater to all our needs. Highly recommend you pay her a visit in the Westfield store. A valuable asset to the business!

I’m really not one who leaves reviews, nor am I one who likes to complain, however my experience has been terrible. I feel like I need to share my experience and take further action against Bucherer at Westfields! This store is so poorly managed. Since Robert left the company I’ve not been able to purchase my Rolex watch. At the time I purchased a Date Just for my wife and I was informed I’ll be able to purchase my dream watch a Rolex Submariner classic without date. Unfortunately, for me Robert left the company and no one wanted to take ownership. I’ve been passed on from one sales person to another and it’s a shambles. I only visit the store a few times a year for an update. I have decided I will take this matter further and go directly to Rolex to seek advise as the sales person Thasina expected me to purchase jewellery to try to obtain the watch which I was already told I could have surly this cannot be right for a company like Bucherer! - absolute worst service and a fraud and I feel very upset and cheated. This is no way to treat your clients.

A massive thank you to Carly at the Westfield boutique for helping to secure my latest watch purchase. She dealt with my query promptly, professionally and to a level of customer service that would surpass most people’s expectations!

Nathan at Bucherer in Selfridges made the process of buying a Rolex smooth and quick. He was very knowledgeable and professional but also approachable.

What an amazing experience from Jean-Louis, Nathan and Volcan. I registered my interest for a Rolex for my daughter and within a few months Nathan contacted me to arrange collection.

Upon my visit to the Selfridges Rolex boutique, I explained to Volcan it is a surprise gift who set up a watch in a private room with drinks.
Jean- Louis made us feel very welcome and made us all feel very special, he showed a genuine interest in us and wowed us with an amazing experience.

I had an appointment to see Nafi to purchase a new watch. When I arrived the staff were very welcoming & helpful, Nafi was busy so in the meantime I was offered a drink & somewhere to sit down.
Nafi was very courteous, professional & polite, he talked me through everything to do with the watch, accessories, warranty etc & made the whole process a very enjoyable experience.
I would also like to give a special thank you to Carly the general manager for securing my beautiful new Panerai & arranging the appointment with Nafi.

Jean-Louis who served me gave me the best luxury customer service experience I've received to date. He was very friendly, polite, and dealt with me with a high level of professionalism. He was a great example of how luxury customer service should be!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a watch from the Bucherer Selfridges store. The experience was exactly what you would expect from a high end boutique like Bucherer. The staff are great, especially Jean-Louis who patiently and professionally assisted me throughout my journey. His experience and expertise when it came to luxury watches was what you would expect from Bucherer. The boutique itself is very well located and maintained to a high standard as you would expect it to be. It was a 5* luxury experience!

Me and my wife walked into this store with intentions to make purchase. Instead we walked into a store to meet the most rude staff we have ever experienced.
Two reasons not to even think about entering the Westfields store; no professional knowledge on watches whatsoever. Staff show an attitude of patronizing superiority. I don’t understand how a reputable company could employ such staff. I’m still shocked as we really didn’t expect to feel so disappointed and upset as we left. They were condescending and arrogant. Please don’t waste a journey or your money here.

Best store in London! I really appreciate all the help and effort received from Hoda and Jimmy for my wife’s anniversary present; we can’t thank them both enough as they made my wife’s day perfect!
