I had 3 new sash style windows fitted at the front of my 1860s house. I chose green to match the period of the house. Rob the installer did an excellent job both inside and out and I've had many positive comments from neighbours and others locally. I couldn't be happier with the end result and the window quality.

The two fitters that installed the windows were fantastic.
They were very fast, efficient, friendly and professional.
We did not have to make them food or drinks as they brought their own and we basically just let them get on with the job with no problems.

Everything was done very professionally from phone calls to the actual work done would certainly recommend all concerned

The instalation of my window was great. Budget Windows carried out a very good job. They arrived on the expected day. Motor access to my home was difficult but the window fitters still managed to complete the task with ease. They were very efficient polite and friendly. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves. They explained information on door locking system and answered any queries I asked.
I am very pleased with my new fitted window I feel more secure and have found the front room more warmer and no draughts.
I will highy recommend Budget windows to family and friends and will hope to purchase a door when I've paid for my new window.

I was a little apprehensive when opening the door to someone who had knocked at my door . After explaining that he was in the area and offering a home improvement service (Widows and doors) . This was something that I could consider after I Was offered to see a sales person, Who came promptly same day . We talked about immediate needs and what I thought needed changing . At no point was I felt pressured to buy anything other than what I needed . I was shown examples of the products which I was happy to have a look at and appreciate the quality of these products . I also explained that I was heading out to the USA at the end of the month This would be a short notice project and would it be possible for the work to be carry prior to me heading out , before my departure date ? After a couple of phone calls . All arrangements were completed and I now look forward to having the work done shortly.

The two gentelmen did a great job and very professional and considerate on my baby, who was around all day. Fast work, less than one day for 6 windows and 1 door.Sorry,I forgot their names.
Paid a bit more compared with others, but you get what you pay for !

From first contact through to installation really professional company.Rob turned up exactly as arranged removed old patio door took time to prepare for new sliding door once fitted really looked good couldn’t have been bettered everything was left clean and tidy.Rob is a credit to your company!

The lads that completed the installation were brilliant, really tidy and worked really hard to get the job done. I had no issues with the sales team and organisation of the project.

The people were very professional

Company representative friendly informative and knowledgeable. Not pushy offered best advice on available products and price,plus how to pay either via credit or cash.

Where do I start almost everything it took 3month for a 2/3 day for the job to be complete lots of problems with the front door but I must say the two lads that came to do the job were lovely but we did get a visit from the manager and complaints manager who did try there best it was still a total nitemare

We had a front door fitted by Gary & Adam on Friday. What a great job they did, excellent team work from both of them, out with the old and in with the new in no time at all. They were very tidy and cleaned up afterwards leaving no mess.
A pair of really good lads, I would well recommend Budget Windows and these installers to other people.

Gary and Adam arrived at the time stated and explained their process. We have had a new front door with the surrounding frame.
The fitters were polite and professional, we are really pleased with the result and found the house warmer and no drafts since the installation.
We will welcome them back when we have the other windows installed next year.

Fantastic service

I have just had new windows and doors installed by highly skilled tradesmen, Gary and Adam.
They worked tirelessly all day without a break and completed the full installation all in the same day.
Their workmanship was second to none.
Both Gary and Adam were very friendly and pleasant creating a very relaxed atmosphere.
They respected my property and covered my entire house with dust sheet's,and by the time they had finished installing my windows and doors there was hardly any mess.Only small amounts of dust which you would expect.
From the Salesman coming round to price up my new windows and door’s,to purchasing and installation the whole experience was an absolute joy.
When you hear the name Budget Windows you could mistakenly think that you would be getting low quality.
But far from it !
The doors and windows are fantastic quality and have totally transformed the comfort and appearance of my home.
I would highly recommend Budget Windows to everyone.

Accepted a quote from a door salesman.

It was arranged for later in the day.

Unfortunately it turned out both homeowners need to be present whilst getting a quote for restructuring a property.

Since then I have had atleast 4 calls a day trying to arrange a measurement despite telling them both of us won’t be at home at the same time.

Despicable pressure, over aggressive marketing.

The team that came to put in our new front and back doors, patio door and guttering were just brilliant. They did a fantastic job and really worked hard. They took the time to show us how the closing and locking mechanisms worked and how the vents worked, too. The 3 doors and guttering all look great. They were also careful to tidy up afterwards. Thank you Gary and Adam!

Really good communication from the initial contact.
Lewis was very helpful in sorting out patio door we required no pressure to buy at all, gave us a competitive quote so decided to go ahead.Had survey done by pleasant chap who’s name I forgot!
Will give review also when fitted
