Bugaboo’s service is fantastic! We’ve had two issues with our Donkey 5 Twin and both times they’ve sent new parts without further questions 🙏🏼
We love our Donkey 5 and the quality is great!

Had a broken front wheel and after a couple of emails a new set of wheels is in the post. Very smooth experience.

Brought loads from here. The fox 5 is well well-made and sturdy pram. I also now have the butterfly 2 but I don't recommend this as find it feels cheaply made and that's disappointed me.

We had an issue with our Bugaboo Dragonfly, the chassis was stuck and not letting me fold the stroller. I reached out to CS and Fynn solved the issue within one day, sending me the replacement part at no cost (warranty) which arrived within 2 days at my home. Really impressed about the customer service, no questions asked, just efficiency and care for the customer. Would recommend Bugaboo just because of this!

I purchased my Bugaboo Fox 3 Pram in 2022 from a 3rd party seller. Overall I love the pram, as it's easy to manoeuvre, has a large basket and most importantly, is really comfortable for my son. I have had a couple of issues with the wheel locks fixing. Both have been resolved through the Bugaboo warranty without any additional cost, but each time Bugaboo initially sent the lock part only which didn't work, needing to then send a replacement wheel. This resulted in more inconvenience but thankfully I could still use the pram whilst waiting. I found the Bugaboo customer service quickly picked up and dealt with my concerns when contacting them directly.

I purchased this Bugaboo pram less than a year ago from John Lewis and it has been nothing but problems from the start. First the chassis developed a fault, then the reclining seat stopped working properly, and now the wheel has started coming off while in use. On two occasions the wheel came out while I was pushing my baby — I stumbled and almost lost control of the pram. It was frightening, dangerous, and completely unacceptable.
Every time I reported a fault, a single part was replaced, but the pram as a whole is simply not fit for purpose. For the high price tag, I expected reliability and safety, but instead I have had constant stress and inconvenience — including having to abandon outings and take a cab home.
This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased. It is unsafe, poorly made, and not at all what I would expect from a premium brand. I would strongly advise other parents to avoid this pram.

We had an issue with our Bugaboo Fox 5 stroller, where the left rear wheel kept coming loose and even the screw would fall out. Unfortunately, the store where we purchased it (Babyplus) went bankrupt before the problem could be solved, even though they had already promised to send new wheels.
I reached out to Bugaboo directly, and Fynn from their service team helped us in no time. Within just 5 minutes, everything was arranged and new parts were sent out right away. The process was quick, clear, and incredibly efficient.
Outstanding customer service – thank you, Fynn, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!
Zeer goede service en snel geholpen door Fynn.

I had a problem with a product that I’d bought over a year ago at the John Lewis baby event and hadn’t had cause to use until recently, and the team dealt with it swiftly and efficiently - sending out a replacement straight away. Very impressed!

Contacted bugaboo for a replacement part for the bugaboo dragonfly. Customer support were very helpful getting this sorted. Only minor complaint was a delay between email replies.

*EDIT* Answer to Bugaboos response:
Thank you for responding to our review. While it's a very general answer, it is not adressing, justifying nor resolving the actual issues we've had.
Wobbly wheels are not caused by rusty suspension parts or related to maintenance, but rather to poor quality bearings, which is the reason why the wheels get stuck and don't roll straight.
As of today (August 22, 2025, we still don't have a functioning stroller nor a durable solution from Bugaboo).

Original review:
We bought a Bugaboo Dragonfly about 1.5 years ago, and it is already showing serious faults. The seat adjustment latch, which had been difficult to operate from the start, has snapped, leaving it stuck in one position. The front suspension is rusting, and the wheels are wobbly and frequently get stuck, making the stroller difficult, and often unsafe, to steer. This is despite the stroller always being stored indoors and allowed to dry properly.
Bugaboo claims that rust is “normal wear and tear” and refuses to replace the affected parts. For a premium stroller used under normal conditions and for such a short time(!), this explanation is unacceptable. The design also allows dirt, leaves, and small debris to get caught between the wheels, further compromising maneuverability, an issue you would expect to have been tested and resolved in a high-end everyday stroller.
While they agreed to replace the seat adjustment latch that snapped, they have made no effort to address the other critical issues, such as the wobbly wheels and rusted suspension which both are essential to the stroller’s safety and usability.
We filed the claim in May, at which point the stroller was nearly unusable, but the issues had been developing for some time before that. The stroller has now been with their retailer since June, and we still do not have a safe, usable stroller for our child. We are deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility and are pursuing a formal complaint to seek a replacement or a full refund under our consumer rights if they fail to act.
As the purchase was made through a retailer (BabyWorld in Sweden), they have only acted as an intermediary, passing messages back and forth with Bugaboo, which has resulted in extremely slow communication.
We sincerely hope to turn this 1-star review into a 5-star one, but serious action from Bugaboo is needed.

We recently purchased a refurbished Bugaboo Dragonfly "Complete" stroller directly from Bugaboo, believing, based on both the product description and confirmation from their customer service team, that a bassinet would be included.
Unfortunately, when the stroller arrived, the bassinet was missing. Prior to purchasing, we specifically confirmed with a Bugaboo chat agent and referenced publicly available information indicating the "complete" model would include everything a new set includes—namely, the seat unit and bassinet. This was a critical point for us, especially with our baby due any day.
Despite reaching out with full documentation of these confirmations and explaining our circumstances, Bugaboo declined to provide the missing bassinet or offer an alternative solution, instead suggesting we return the stroller for a refund. Having to return the entire product at this stage is particularly stressful and leaves us without a stroller at a crucial time.
We are disappointed by the handling of this issue and hope Bugaboo will reconsider and provide a fair resolution, as we expected a straightforward and trustworthy experience based on the information provided before our purchase.

We love Bugaboo! Their products are incredible, both parents and little one are happy, so much so she still gets excited and shouts “New pushchair!”, even after many, many outings. You get a genuine great quality feel and they really do have something for everyone 😊

Horrible customer service! It’s been weeks since our stroller is broken and they still didn’t fix it! They are very unhelpful and keep asking for videos of what’s not working and saying that we don’t fold the stroller correctly. We are at our 5th video now. The folding mechanism is broken - which we obviously used correctly for the last 9 months cause it was working. And we can’t fold it correctly now BECAUSE ITS BROKEN. For such a high price it’s definitely not worth it. You’d be better off with a cheaper stroller. Parasol also broke after only a month. What a terrible experience with such an expensive and important equipment! Bought in Germany
UPDATE - Bugaboo keeps replying to us that we are not folding the stroller correctly eg cause the wheels are going off the ground in our video. Wheels are going off the ground BECAUSE the folding mechanism doesn't get triggered. Uploaded the video to Youtube so everyone can see - 'Bugaboo Dragonfly Doesn't Fold'
UPDATE 2 - after a few weeks and multiple reviews online, Bugaboo sent us a new frame
