Been with Bugaboo since 2011, I would never choose another pram brand, as nothing comes close to Bugaboo. Recently had to do warranty claim on faded bugaboo hood, whole process was super easy and resolved in 2 days! I could not ask for better service and quick turnaround. Have 4 children growing up together with Bugaboo.

Ordered the donkey 5 which was shortly after ordering delivered but unfortunately with a completely broken handle on one side. Customer service responded quickly but I personally dislike the choice of Words by putting this under warranty conditions as it’s completely damaged upon arrival. I personally wouldn’t buy bugaboo again because of my experiences up till now compared to the quality and service of my other Nuna stroller.

Wheel of dragonfly buggy broke after 12 months going up a small curb by a zebra crossing. Was told it was out of warranty as it wasn't a manufacturer defect. Replacement wheels over £100. Wouldn't recommend.

Purchased the Bugaboo Fox 5 for almost £1200 in Feb 2025. Didnt use it until May 2025. Its now Sept 2025 and the base on the bassinet has snapped clean off. We have waited 3 weeks (and counting) for a replacement. Still not heard anything after chasing 5x. What’s the point of a warranty that they refuse to honour? Avoid.
I’ve given them until Friday before I complete a chargeback for the full item price.
Edited to add:
After placing my review I was contacted by Bugaboo. They told me they were replacing the broken part ‘free of charge’. I had to remind them that they were not doing me a favour and the pram should not have broken less that 5 months in, and the part is SUPPOSED TO BE FREE OF CHARGE, under my warranty.
Utter utter incompetence.

Really poor product and customer service for such a highly priced item!
The wheel came off our dragonfly after only 7 weeks of use. We were left without a working pram for 10 days before they sent new one out. They then wanted the broken frame sent back but refused to collect it, expecting me to carry the boxed up frame( which is extremely bulky!) to a drop off point. I explained I couldn’t carry this with a baby too, but no effort was made to offer a solution. The label to send back the frame also needed printing at home(don’t have a printer at home in 2025!) and again bugaboo offered no help in sorting this. The whole saga has been a huge inconvenience, and when you have a newborn it’s the last thing you have the time to be sorting. Would avoid buying anything from them in future.

Warranty is a scam. The ball bearing failed and they said it is because of rust which is not covered.
1. Totally bs!
2. It wasn’t rust but dirt
3. Ball bearings should be stainless steel if not they are selling inferior products

Bugaboo re-reviewed and agreed to replace the broken front wheel. Changing the review from 1 star to 4 as they eventually honoured their warranty

Bugaboo sent me a broken stroller and refused to replace it. They finally agreed I can return it for a refund, however having received confirmation from DPD it’s arrived back in their warehouse several days ago, bugaboo have not refunded me and have ignored my last 4 emails. I’ve tried calling, and all I’m told is I have to email. So I am now >£1000 down and have no stroller for my baby who’s due imminently. Their customer service is atrocious
