Builders Equipment Reviews

I placed my order, and the next day I received an email which stated:

"Unfortunately there is a pricing error on this item and there has been a significant price increase.

The item is now £41.66+vat which is an uplift of £24.13+vat = £28.96."

This was three times the cost displayed on their website when I paid for it.

Needless to say I obtained a refund and was able to get the same item elsewhere for £19.99, so their 'pricing error' actually saved me a fair chunk of money.

Good communication, website worked well and easy to navigate, speedy despatch of item.

My (very) old TS350 eventually died... just as I came to the last day of the job! Typical...an online search brought me to Builder's Equipment. They had a TS420 in stock and were competitively priced. I placed the order at lunch... and my new kit arrived before breakfast the following day!! Amazing service...no loss of job time!

Very easy to order with next day delivery.

I recently ordered a new sthil cut off saw at the price of £581,99 including vat, only to be emailed the next day to be informed that it was a typing error and had to pay the extra cost which equated to £682.00 I’m sure I could have found one cheaper but I was desperate and feel I was left with no choice, very disappointed

Hadn’t heard anything 3 weeks after I ordered. On phoning I was informed they had cancelled my order with no notification and no refund. They have now refunded me but certainly won’t be using them again.

Great service arrived the next working day. Thank you so much.

Fast, smooth and the right money.

It arrived safely and please with everything

Just the job!
I needed some good but economical lids for use outside. Previous plastic lids had been chewed through by our furry friends. So far, these lids seem to be ideal and at a reasonable price. The service was excellent; they arrived quickly and with no fuss. Just what I needed.

Galvanised bins not being tough and long lasting as they used to be, the lids rot out before anything else. I was very pleased to find Builders Equipment supplied just the lid and at a very reasonable price. Thus ordered it arrived quickly and safely. A nice snug fit so overall I am very pleased. The service was excellent from start to finish.

Ordered work gloves. Website easy to follow and to place an order. Prices are very good compared to other companies and arrived well packaged and in good time.
Have used Builders Equipment before and will use again.

Excellent service, promptly delivered.

I rang the company they were very helpful and our order arrived after a couple of days which was great

Recently purchased a Honda Generator from this site as it was the cheapest on-line deal and I must say the service and communication was great, the delivery was great, the product was great.

I will definitely be using this site again.
