Great service start to finish. Very punctual, clear costing, swift but careful installation and a willingness to accommodate our requirements. The team worked really hard and exceeded our expectations. We’re delighted with our staircase.

George was very quick to come out and scope the job which initially I thought to replace the stairs that were old, creaky, battered and we couldn’t scrape the old primer off. He advised me well to go for oiled oak tread cladding, new risers, spindle covers, banister, balustrade spindles, newel posts etc. Stairs look like new and feel very solid from reinforcement. Catalogue had good options that he explained. He and his team worked very hard, were polite, fixed up any minor nicks from the install and were overall extremely patient and polite. Compared to other quotes I got I think they delivered excellent quality and value. My staircase has been completely transformed and in addition to that they managed to move the install forwards such that it was complete within 2 weeks of placing the initial deposit!

Build to Transform Limited exceeded all expectations. They turned an awkward spiral staircase into a beautifully crafted, safe, and functional standard staircase. The turnaround was impressively fast, to meet my move in date and their attention to detail, especially around safety for my young son, was outstanding. The results genuinely amazed me. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality craftsmanship.

We wanted to renovate our staircase and George and team did a fantastic job! George fully delivered what he promised at an affordable price! They always arrived on time and worked very hard until they completed everything! We love our new staircase! We also had the under staircases done for shoes and cupboards space and it’s absolutely brilliant! George has done excellent job in replacing our old staircase in Northwood area, he was patient and professional and done the job so well, he also went out of his ways to get the desired Glass for our new staircase, he always paid attention to the details and our final product he built was an awesome staircase which not only looks great but rock solid too, I would highly recommend them for any staircase replacement, they are simply the experts!

Charlie and his mate done excellent job on our new staircase, they were friendly and polite and tidied up before they left, would use them again.

The communication with George was very easy from start to finish. The stairs look so much better than previously so we are very happy. George and Charlie arrived as planned and we're very efficient and tidy so no complaints. Everything spot on which is a bit rare these days. Would reccomend in fact they are returning to do some additional work

Build to Transform did an amazing job! The original staircase was dated, tired and in need of improving (a cheap new build staircase). George came round, discussed options, details and costs. He provided a clear quote and schedule to me that led to him and his team being selected.

Come work time, the whole team worked hard, efficiently and completed the job to an excellent standard. They cleaned up after themselves each day, made good at the end and detailed the after care that I would get.

Really pleased with the job and the look of the stairs, a real transformation and one that I have showed off to others. The team were enjoyable to work with and helped explain what was happening each day and checked on my views as things progressed.

George and Charles replaced our Handrail, newel caps and fitted black spindles to achieve a more contemporary design. They turned up on time, communication with George was excellent and he talked and advised us of our options. We are thrilled with the finished product. Great workmanship. Would highly recommend.
