Since the bulk Barn stopped having the papers by the products with ingredients and recipes thing have horrible. I am so fed !!!! And I AM DONE One less customer millionaires won't give a crap. DONE. Nothing about the site is customer friendly!

Location:3161 Greenbank road,Nepean. I purchased two toothpastes today, then I went to Loblaws, found the exact same toothpastes but much cheaper, so then I came back with receipt for return in about half hour. Unfortunately, the two young employees insisted that their manager told them there is no refund because of price. And the manager Kelly wasn’t available today. I asked them to show me the policy stating that, but they can’t. They just said the manager told them no refund because of the price. They asked me to come back the next day to talk with the manager, which would be wasting my time because of their manager’s unprofessional trainings .I checked the return policy and packaged,unopened goods can be returned within 30days.

The store uses very misleading, unethical business practices…they “salt” labelled discounted (25% off) items amongst regular price items…customers are “tricked” into believing all items in the box are 25% off…they are NOT…the employee strongly defended this practice…stating the discounted items are clearly visable!

Went to the location at 254 Lakeshore Road West in Mississauga. Prices seemed crazy high - bought three items - everything seemed very expensive vs. previous visits. Mentioned the price of one item in particular and cashier said based on weight. came home and weighed the three items I purchased. Scale in Lane 1 at that location needs to be recalibrated as it was 40 g over on each item!!

Prepared in Canada, when it means the salt was added to American peanuts is NOT useful. Also the lack of assistance at checkout is appalling! Really would it hurt you bag the items for me??? This lack of customer service is going to drive me elsewhere...

Very dissatisfied, disappointed at Unicity Bulkbarn today. I returned a bag of dates I got the previous day, with receipt. At home I taste one and realized it is rotten. Some of them had white spots on them obviously a fungus.
In summer they should take precautions.
Most of all the personal handling me, were not helpful or understanding at all. Instead a nasty unpleasant attitude. Sorry is not my fault if your dates were rotten. Bad attitude from those two ladies working at the front.

I frequently go to this store To get my savings the staff are exceptional they have no problem helping out when needed The staff is always helpful making you feel right at home
