The programme is fine BUT
The programme is fine. But it was impossible to renew it. I wanted to pay with Visa card. But it was unsuccesful. I received a mail without any instructions about what toi do.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, very slow and will stop responding if you ask certain questions about data.
Getting them to delete your account requires you to fill in a physical form with your home address.
Do NOT even create an account, there are so much better alternatives and they don't make you run through hoops to stop them exploiting your information.

Had an issue with installing app on my phone. Online customer service team member (Georgiana) really helped with going through possible solutions.

I sent two emails to support and no one is being helpful, the 24/7 chat is not available. This is first time l am using BullGullard and so far my experience has been terrible. I use Bitdefender before and big different in response time and addressing issues.
I am going to rethink about staying with BullGuard l might just start looking for another anti virus company or go back to Bitdefender.

been using free trial for about 1/3 of the year now. Only got it cause it was free with my laptop. However protection has been next to none. Had one issue with it blocking something I didn't want blocked. Messaged customer service.
Some legend called Larissa solved it in 5 mins with a step by step guide.
Will be buying upon expiration.

I have used BullGaurd (Very Successfully) for many years never any issues with virus etc; I added VPN with great results, had to use CHAT to obtain help with login on to sites; resolved by BG technician in about 10minutes. Very satisfied with the full BullGuard family of Apps,.
problem installing a new licence
I bought a new laptop and a new licence to install bullguard as I already had 3 devices covered by another licence I couldn't get it to install, spoke to Vlad on Friday night but he didn't explain that I would only extend the protection I already had. spoke with Dafi on Saturday who explained that because 3 devices were already under my e-mail address that was why I had a problem and advised to install the licence under my wife's e-mail address and that solved the problem
