spam emails and spam pop ups are the norm from Bullguard
have been getting reminder to renew my subscription for the past six months with pop ups emails etc offered several reduced prices all of which are above the current selling price after complaining and telling them that I will not renew I am still getting these notifications despite turning them off, yesterday After another pop up and a notification I contacted them again and told them to stop and again that I was not interested in their product due to their pricing but more so due to the harassing Pop ups every time i use my pc today I received a response in an unreadable foreign language this is was obviously meant so today I will remove them from my PC altogether and replace them with a company that does not use these unsavoury tactics by bombarding existing customers daily with there reminders which they started to do six months into my contract despite the fact that there are still 2 weeks on my contract they are getting the boot. pretty ignorant writing to someone in the UK not in English so heaven knows what is in their email but the did send me a second email to Have a good Day so I hope that the imbecile that wrote has a great day for finally losing a customer after 2 years.

I have protected all of my computers with BULLGUARD for many years. I've never had problems with it, either during installation or in use. Downloaded Internet Security a few days…
Downloaded Internet Security a few days ago after trial. The program seems OK but have had need to contact support a couple of times and not too impressed by quite unhelpful responses. Also having problems in joining Bullgard Community Forum but for some reason unable to get passwords to work. Went on Chat Support to seek help but again, the agent most unhelpful indicating not heard of the support forum !! Bullgard is inexpensive but maybe I am now finding out why .

Avoid like the plague. Taking duplicate payments and refuse to refund
Resolved after posting on here but took over a month.
I tried to take advantage of an offer for paying early for increased protection to discover they have taken payments twice for one subscription. Despite numerous emails requesting this duplicate payment to be returned they refuse. I have therefore paid over £120 for one year for one single pc. Outrageous to take money and say they are running two valid subscriptions for one single pc.

Brilliant service from Larisa on the chatline
I contacted Larisa on chat as I was worried that the subscription I had taken out for Bullguard Premium for the next year, wouldn't work as there was already a subscription under my husbands name which expired in 5 days time. Larisa answered very quickly and talked me through the process of changing the email address to mine and checking that my subscription would activate. She was very clear and concise, and I had no problems changing the information needed. Thank you Larisa, great service.

I just spoke with Eugune (sorry if I spelt that wrong) he gave me some of the best customer support ive ever had from anyone. This man is so nice and he didnt rush me.
More annoying than a virus
Maybe I have been lucky with viruses, but I find Bullguard almost more invasive and annoying than any virus I have suffered.
Once you have bought it, there are constant pop-ups, at least daily advising you of other BG products and renewal offers.
If this was in the last month I could understand it, but it is from day 1! More invasive than a virus itself!!!!!
Buy something else.

Unauthorised transaction of bullguard subs
Until a month ago i had been using bullguard for 6 years , the product has always been ok for what i needed , i did have the odd issue with viruses but for the money i was paying at the time (£20.98 ) i just let it slide.
I always waited until black friday saving £££, it was a no brainer until i noticed that in the last 2 years they had automatically taken the money out of my account a month early before the subscription had finished.
I'm still not sure how it is possible for them to do this? only through previous card payment details
. i emailed them a complaint and managed to get this years payment back with no apology and no explanation. The fact is that they purposely took the money out of my account to avoid me getting a discount and if i hadn't noticed would continue to do so . I don't usually do reviews but think that people should be made aware that not everyone gets what they bargained for, so be careful people .
ps , i'm still open for an explanation if you willing to comment .
