I WANT TO COMPLIMENT ALISA TO WHOM I HAVE JUST BEEN DEALING WITH. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY LATE HUSBAND'S ANDROID PHONE IN RELATION TO MY BULLGUARD SECURITY. ALISA HAS SPENT A VERY LONG TIME HELPING ME THIS EVENING. SHE HAS BEEN TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, CARING AND PATIENT AND MY PROBLEM IS NOW RESOLVED. Bullgaurd is a good security package, but will charge you twice the price for renewing through their app as opposed to purchasing online from their official store, and they will slam the double price advert at you every time you start up your computer through their app.

this is seriously cheeky, as they will offer a 25 percent discount on that double price, so you would still spend an extra £10.00, just to renew.

Edit, this better deal was from your official store, not a partner, you are advertising a higher price directly to my computer in the hope I go through that and pay you more for a product that you sell cheaper, your comment on offering deals for long time users is false, you use your direct advertising to trick people into a "good deal"

Just received an excellent support package from Larisa at BullGuard when I was experiencing a problem due to my lack of experience with modern technology.
I felt extremely happy with the level of support and the way in which Larisa "held my hand" (figuratively) throughout the whole process.
Bullguard are an excellent provider of Computer Security and Customer Service - I cannot recommend them too highly.

Bullguard has been my preferred pc security for some years and I am unable to fault their service and software..the online problem solving ,Q&A is again very user friendly and professional,thankyou bullguard x

All the services works great, but when "it" decides to scan or "investigate", you might as well leave your laptop, as Bullgard OS service runs 5+ processes, and you can't stop or disable them when/if needed.

I needed "full power" for a while, but couldn’t abort ongoing Bullguard OS processes, and I had to uninstall the entire package just to keep using my laptop for some high-priority tasks, and I’ll have to reinstall it again when I’m done…
I purchased the full version, and have been very impressed and satisfied so far, but this is the 4th time i have to uninstall the tool just to ensure maximum performance and resources for other purposes...
It should be possible simply to disable Bullguard processes “temporarily” (scanning etc.) to focus on multimedia purposes etc, and you shouldnøt have uninstall the entire package, just to be able to disable it "for a while"...

The support I have received is really very good. Response to my questions was swift (within 24 hours), clear, precise, concise and 100% correct.

Horrible. Was told that their product was good so I started using them a few years ago. Just went to renew and to expand from one device to 3 and so paid for Install so I didnt have to do anything. What then followed was a condescending webchat with an "advisor" who basically blamed me for buying the install when it couldn't be used. Apparently it was all my fault and that, despite having logged in (so they knew I was a returning customer) I should have known NOT to pay for the install which wasnt required. Apparently "webpages dont do that". Anyway, Id strongly recommend you stay away from having to do anything with their "customer service" team as it was an hour of my life i will never get back.

been a fan of bull guard for a while used on and off but have been so pleased with the service both technical and personal that i have without hesitation already renewed my yearly subscription ahead of time and will continue to do so in the near future, highly recommend for anyone wanting a fantastic anti virus online protection and is unsure, will saying their praises for a long while.
