We have requested more information so that we can look into this a little better for you, I have had a quick look and I think I have managed to find the order you sent us, but records our side show that it was paid 6 working days after we received the goods, and payment was actually sent the same day that you provided the required invoice that we requested from you.
If you could submit a little more information just so we can double check it our side, that would be great.
Hopefully this has made any delay a little clearer for you.

I was a bit dubious about ordering from a business that I did not know existed but nevertheless did order and the goods were received only few days later
Between 2 to 4 days to be exact. It is a birthday present for my son so was so dbious that I would receive. Lo and behold came in record time. Thanks to Bullion by Post. A great big thank you.

Used for over 7 years
Used for over 7 years , the best company and most trustworthy, they have had issues with Royal Mail so I suggest UPS is best delivery option with them , however in terms of service, quality , price and value there’s no one else to deal with in UK .

Not being very tech savvy, I found the bullion by post website one of the most user friendly I've used. Easy to navigate and all clearly explained. The products are clearly described with clear images. The whole procedure, from picking an item through to ordering and payment was simple amd quick. The delivery was prompt, on time, the product was securely and discreetly wrapped.
I have not been disappointed and would highly recommend if you are thinking of going down this road.
