From reception staff to standard of treatment and care provided by Deepa the Dentist & Hygienist were exceptional. I thoroughly recommend Long Eaton Bupa Dental. It is expensive but the standard of care is worth it!

the prices seem to be rising at an alarming rate . the staff are working very hard but is it for the company or the customer?

Staff are very helpful and well organised. It only takes a couple minute, Highly recommended. I'm on the Bupa plan, which is fair enough for people who want to look after their teeth but don't want to pay big chunk of money.

My dentist was a perfectionist and caring, he did a wonderful job on my teeth.

As I have been a client for a number of years I still feel treated in the best possible way for me, with Nikki. She is so experienced and professional aswell as friendly, always guiding me in the appropriate way for what I need. I feel confident always with Nikki and feel although she is my dentist she is a like a friend too after all the years ☺️ which is so nice too. Always the best service, I recommend Nikki all the time. My visits are always a pleasure - the timings are prompt and informative, from receptionist Bryony, Hygenist, Joanna, Dentist Jane and her nurse Lucy. Everyone there is at pains to make sure the visit is a success

Listened to my concerns and gave me lots of reassurance

I received implants over 5 years ago and not one full year have they stayed in my mouth. This has caused me a lot of stress. I have been informed this is because I screech my teeth which was discussed in length before I received and paid for the treatment. These have fell out the night of my wedding ,trips away with the girls out for dinner things which I am meant to be able to use my teeth for. The amount of times I have had ask to get out of work to get them put back in is unbelievable. This has been a very traumatic time for me when I thought they would have stayed in for a very long time considering the price I paid.
