NO remove button to cancel/edit order
I was ordering seeds today because there’s a 20% discount today, but when I proceeded to checkout, I reviewed my order and saw that there’s 2 seed packets that I don’t remember ordering today, a variety of tomato which I wouldn’t consider ordering today. When I tried to “remove” the order, I couldn’t because there’s no way to do it, so I didn’t proceed with checkout. I guess my order is gonna stay there awhile. My point is, why can’t they be like the other companies, where there’s a REMOVE button when you review your order?
I’m just frustrated because this is the 1st time I’m changing my order and I couldn’t do it. I’ve ordered before in the past and didn’t have to cancel/change any order online because what appeared in checkout were the ones I ordered .

The worst company service ever!!
The worst company service ever!!! I ordered tomato seeds on Jan. 19th. Plenty of time to start them for May planting. No never sent them. Took my money and received an email they are being prepared but never send. Called customer service a person named Nina, if that is her name, I never felt so angry for placing an order with a company. Basically, I was told "we are so busy we don't care about you". I have sent hundreds of dollars on their overpriced plan under performing plants and seeds. Never again!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!

Burpee is selling my data ! (or Burpee has shared their customer database with partners who are now selling it)
Burpee is definitely the source of this solicitation mail from Aetna as the only place my name is Shelly-burpee is within the Burpee database. This means that Burpee/partners are selling my name and address! Not sure why. I definitely DON'T LIKE IT.
At 6:03pm I posted the above on Burpee's Facebook page with a photo of USP mail from Aetna Solutions addressed to Shelly-burpee, my home address. Burpee responded at 7:05pm with "Hi Sheila- we do not sell any information, we are a privately owned company." To which I responded, "Then possibly one of the companies that you supply your address database with is who is making it available (possibly selling it) to others. Look at the photo - aetna sent this to Shelly-burpee ... my home address. It is exactly how I am listed in the Burpee database and only that database. If Burpee is privately owned, the owners can do something about this - they need to put restrictions and penalties on the companies that they hand the Burpee database to."
Lest anyone think I am blind siding Burpee, in the past, I have called their offices twice when I received mail addressed to Shelly-burpee asking that they stop giving/selling my home address to others. They said possibly one of their partners had done it. I wanted it to stop then and I still want it to stop.

"Burpee has not supplied any partners with information in over 5 years. Prior to that, we did have a partnership where you would have been made aware that some of your information would have been shared but that has ended and is not something we do anymore. We unfortunately cannot control someone who still has that information and you would need to contact them directly to have yourself removed from their list."
I responded, "I need Burpee to tell me who that "someone" is and that Burpee has stopped doing business with that "someone". I have no idea how Aetna got my Shelly-burpee address but Burpee knows who it gave their Burpee customer database to."
I received the bulbs that I ordered
I received the bulbs that I ordered. I just love how the packaging for each bulb clearly identifies the name of the bulb, and the height of each one once they bloom. Having this information allows me the proper placement when I plant them during this Thanksgiving week. This truly is a big help in setting up my garden. I will be happy to share when they start growing and blooming! Can't wait! Thank you Burpee Team for your excellent service.

My order came in and the pansy plants…
My order came in and the pansy plants are beautiful. I have not been able to get them planted outside yet, due to the wet and to cold of weather. I am enjoying them in my house for now. They are doing really well. I have made the area ready for them, just have not planted yet. I look forward to looking into getting my spring gardening plants from you in the future. Thank you for the beautiful plants.

Website still needs work.....
Your website has made some recent positive revisions but to only list 16 products per page is time consuming for users. We're adults here and can handle more then 16 products per page, maybe a "view all" option for a drilled down category (as most other web sites offer).
The related search terms that show up when you perform a product search are useless. Most of the search terms shown as links are unreadable, not even words and just taking up your space.

No garlic to grow
I recently purchased 1/2 lb. of Red Inchelium garlic from Burpee for planting. The garlic cloves were small, and many were rotten. It was not Red Inchelium garlic because I grow this variety every year. To say the least, I was very disappointed.

Many items were not in stock. It took forever to have my order shipped. When I called to inquire my concerns were dismissed with a :we ship when we ship" response.
Seeds finally arrived. Never got a shipping notice.

The products are of the best quality…
The products are of the best quality and I learn so much from both the catalog and the website. However, it would be nice if you could indicate when something is out of stock on the thumbnail so customers could pass by that item. Also, a quick add button on the thumbnail would make for faster shopping.

The vegetable varieties propagated at Burpee's Fordhook Farm have stood the test of time. I have used Burpee seed for three decades. Burpee continues to develop new varieties of old favorites that appeal to a new generation of gardeners in the non-GMO crowd and impress seasoned organic gardeners like me. For example, the lowly turnip - before Burpee's Oasis hybrid turnips, who would have believed that turnips could be a gourmet treat?
Staff are responsive to questions, and Burpee's web site provides much useful information (from seed to table) in their "Garden Guide" section. A trustworthy company to conduct gardening business with.

I will never get plants from here again. They are very small, yellow leaves extremely overpriced for size and quality. I am very disappointed in Burpee. I thought I was getting high quality products but these pansies are not quality.

Placing the order was very easy. However when I did not receive my order on a timely period of time, I called and found out some of my order was on backorder, it would have been nice to receive an e-mail letting me know this. Also I was suppose to be notified when my order was shipped, I never received this notication. My order was packed very nicely and all there.
