Tough toys certainly living upto their name so far.

We rehomed a lovely dog called Pepper. She’s a Greyador and just adorable. She loves toys but very quickly destroys general ones you can buy in local shops. I heard Buster Boxes have great themed toys and lovely treats. I upgraded to the tough toys and they are lasting so far. She especially loved the dinosaur 🦕.

Looking forward to seeing what’s included in the next box in March.

I have been using buster box for the…

I have been using buster box for the past 3 years nearly now, I have a large staffy who knows his box as soon as I walk in the door paw on it my box! 😂 some of the toys inside he kills in 2 seconds flat others he has had since the first box but whether he destroys or not he is happy and that's all that matters he enjoys he treats thanks buster box ( Stormin B)

I’ve had BusterBox for a few years now…

I’ve had BusterBox for a few years now and my dogs go nuts when it arrives each month. The toys are themed each month and they are excellent quality, durable toys not cheap rubbish. The treats / chews / biscuits etc are always good quality and they are well received by my dogs too! Really good value for money considering how much you get in each box.

Lovely little bundle every month

Lovely little bundle every month. Snacks and toys for my Nellie. She knows the box is for her, she gets really excited when it arrives! Definitely good value, and seasonally appropriate, heart shaped toys in February etc

Good strong toys

Good strong toys if you ask for the tough ones. Most of the treats are vegetarian but the dogs liked them anyway. I think it would be better every other month as far too many toys and I've got 5 dogs, we can't keep up!!

Our boy loves his monthly box

Our boy loves his monthly box. Saves me going out and buying new toys constantly and there’s a variety of treats. If I had to ask for anything different it would be for more natural treats rather than ones with lots of cereals and derivatives. We do get some repeat treats as well which seems a bit wasted when he doesn’t like them. However in my eyes it’s still very much worth it!

Never disappoints!

I don’t know who enjoys the BusterBox deliveries more, me or my dog?! Each month we love finding out what goodies are being delivered and spend hours playing with the new toys! Thank you BusterBox!

Busterbox is very reliable always on time. High quality toys and treats, customer service is very good they even changed my payment date to suit me. It is without a doubt my dogs favourite day of the month.

Great customer service

Rebel our French Bulldog always enjoys the treats and toys in his BusterBox. I wanted to say how great the customer service from Mandy was last year too. Rebs was poorly on 2 separate occasions in 2 months with extensive vet treatment and with no fuss, just empathy and genuine care, we were able to pause his boxes. It was a really stressful time and BB being so understanding and easy to deal with honestly made such a difference

Locked me into a 12 month subscription…

Locked me into a 12 month subscription without my knowledge, refused to respond to me on several occasions (currently I have been ignored for over a week) they have then proceeded to take more money off of me after I have cancelled everything and continued to HOLD onto their products because I have been waiting on advice to return since I am being forced to return the items due to their error.

They have not provided me any compensation, they have barely acknowledged my existence and I was disgusted to see another buster box delivery at my door today. Crap toys, RUBBISH treats, honestly very terrible value for money all round.

DO NOT buy from these people, they are a complete joke and will scam you out of your money.

We’re sorry to read that you feel this way, but we do need to clarify a few important points.

No one is “locked into” a 12-month subscription without their knowledge. During the sign-up process, customers are clearly asked to choose between a 1, 6, or 12-month subscription. If your account is on a 12-month plan, this is the option that was selected at checkout.

We’re also concerned to hear that you feel ignored. We reply to all emails within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). If you haven’t seen a response, it’s possible our reply may have gone into your junk/spam folder. We would never intentionally ignore a customer.

Regarding cancellations and returns, UK Citizens Advice guidance explains that when a subscription is opened and a customer later decides they no longer wish to continue, unused goods should be returned, or payment should be made to cover the cost of goods already received and used during the active subscription period.

Where customers sign up to a longer-term plan that includes a heavily discounted first box (50% off) and a free bed as part of the promotional offer, those items are provided on the basis that the subscription commitment is honoured. Unfortunately, we do occasionally see situations where someone claims the promotional items and then attempts to cancel immediately without returning the goods or covering the promotional cost. That would not be fair or sustainable for any small business. It is only fair that someone who decides to sign up and complete a six or 12-month subscription receives a beautiful welcome gift.

We believe our approach is a fair way to manage cancellations — customers can either:
• Return any unused goods, or
• Make payment to cover the promotional items received (such as the discounted box and bed), after which the account can be closed with no further payments taken.

In your case, if you chose to keep the bedding box supplied at 50% off, we simply require payment to cover that promotional item. Once resolved, your subscription can be cancelled fully.

We’re genuinely sorry you’re unhappy with the products, as many of our customers love their boxes. Our aim is always to be transparent and fair, and we are more than willing to resolve this directly with you.

My puppy loves these boxes

We love buster box I signed up for 6 month subscription and the first two boxes have been amazing! Also came with a bed which my puppy loves. Thank you! I recommend to dog lovers and it gives good ideas on what treats to get your dog and gives you a chance to trial different ones to see what they do and don't like. Also toys are good quality!

I did write a bad review due to the…

I did write a bad review due to the delivery issues and the fact I didn't think it was worth the money. But they have been very helpful with me for cancelling the subscription. So I'm writing a better review. It's all about affordability I suppose. The dog bed I was very happy with my dogs did love it and the treats TBF but I just couldn't see the worth of having to pay £30 a month for 2 bags of treats and 2 toys. Especially after such difficulties with delivery etc

Taking payment although cancelled

Not only the box is overpriced for what you get, they continue trying to take payment after cancellation.
The products in my box were all available at cheap stores such as B&M and barely anything in the box, would cost around £4 for £5 for the contents I received - I was disappointed.
