I do appreciate all the effort your team puts in, and I know the delivery delays aren’t directly your fault. It’s just really frustrating as a loyal customer. I hope this can be improved.

All orders were delivered within the specified time frame of your chosen delivery option, with two of your orders actually arriving before the expected due date.
If you can provide some further information regarding the deliveries you have had issues with we would be happy to investigate these for you as well.

I was pleased to find this item was actually available. My only quibble was that my oilstone is two-sided so I would have liked a box which was designed with both sides effectively as lids. But it will do the job ok. Delivery time was quite slow but within the parameters quoted on the web site and the item was not urgent so I'm quite content with that.

why this one
I bought one of these about twenty five years ago although it still sharpens great it needs replacing you used to be able to purchase these in any high st but now you need warehouses like BEW .Well done Bew
