Disappointed in Sizing/Quality
I have been a Happy Feet customer for 20 years. I have loved these slippers. I have purchased many pairs for myself, family, and friends. Recently, I have ordered 3 pairs - hoping to find slippers that fit. Apparently, the sizing process has changed. Although I have always ordered the same size, the slippers now sold are 1" shorter in height, with decreased foam padding. My heels slips out. I imagine using less materials means more profit. I am sad to write this review, and I will not be ordering any more of my favorite slippers.

If you buy these, you will fall asleep in them
I recently got the Sulley from Monsters Inc slippers, and I have to say, these slippers are so comfortable. Many times I choose to not do anything because I don’t want to take them off, they’re so comfortable. You will fall asleep in these if you want to.

Above and beyond service.
Our daughter received slippers from HappyFeet for a gift that were too small. The company was responsive and offered to exchange them with a larger size. The fact that they offered to help on shipping costs is above and beyond. My daughter loves the slippers and they seem well constructed.

Still waiting for the slippers…………..
Still waiting for the slippers I ordered, after 3 days it said they were on their way. Tracked them and still after 10 days and it said preparing order, emailed, no reply, but tracking status changed to in transit, not sure where they are in transit from but they still aren’t here!
Order number #21437. Very worrying that you are claiming my surname doesn’t exist in your system, as my money has been taken. I also have a tracking number for the parcel.

I tried ordering multiple times and they were not able to fulfill requirements and then didn’t respond when asked about a further up inquiry. It has taken multiple weeks and I never received anything. Wouldn’t recommend

Bought 4 pairs of slippers on Oct 31
Bought 4 pairs of slippers on Oct 31. November 26 no word so I reach out to HappyFeet. They are now out of 2 of the 4 pairs I ordered, asked if I want it shipped without those pairs and refunded or what. I asked if it was normal practice to wait a month to fulfill and ship an order. Their response was that they can refund my order and there was a glitch in their system. No apology about the mix up or being out of the items I ordered a month ago. Terrible, terrible customer service. I understand computer glitches happen but the response was a choice.

Don’t know where all the positive reviews are coming from. These slippers suck. The soles wear out with holes within 3 months and then become useless. Save your money. You’ve been warned.

I bought 2 slippers from this website, and I never received the parcel. I have tried to contact the company multiple times and they never replied - they even blocked me on Instagram. Not cool at all. But don't worry, I'll keep trying.

Never received order
I ordered slippers. Paid for the slippers. Got notification that they were shipped but never received slippers. While waiting for delivery to arrive we got notification that we were given a refund minus the shipping cost. We never asked for a refund, we were patiently waiting for the slippers to arrive and now we are out the shipping cost. Sent message to customer service and never heard from anyone.

I need more Happy Feet Slippers
I have bought several pairs of HappyFeet Slippers and I LOVE them! They are very comfortable. Soft and squishy. I love the character ones so much I have (so far) Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Pluto, Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Unicorn.... just waiting for my size to come back in stock for others I want to buy! Who says fun slippers are just for kids? Not me!
