Even though I ordered the incorrect size they were fast and efficient about getting my order changed after I emailed them. 10/10!

I purchased these slippers for my grand-daughter's 5th birthday. The slippers are beautiful just as they are pictured, she loves them, of course she loves Sally as well. I would recommend purchasing these slippers.

Quick delivery and great product

I would say 4.5 as a more accurate measurement. That's because I ordered from here years ago and the fit was true to size then, but now it's like everything shrank so every slipper I've ordered (half a dozen this year) has to be a size up from normal. That being said -- AWESOME slippers that are very cute and, more importantly, have helped my feet feel better since being injured this year. If you have sensitive feet that need care when you're walking around the house, this is a great, fun option. You jut have to pick the right style as some are too bulky or awkwardly shaped to be practical.

HappyFeet has great products and even when I ran into a snag with the carrier they used, they still followed up in a timely manner to address the concerns which ended up coming too a positive resolution. I'd like to see faster shipping times, but they make up for the deficiency with great products and great service!

They suck, bad quality but most of all loooong delivery time. My wife died before the delivery arrived. They claim to deliver from your local country but it is all just Chinese crap.

Happy Feet was recommended to me by a friend. I ordered that night and love them! I ordered the elephant and the fur all over styles. I was expecting a cute, OK quality slipper. Now the first thing I do after work is put on my elephants! They are super soft and comfy and just fun. The only problem I’ve had is that my dog thinks they’re his chew toy. Prices are not that much more than a plain pair of furry slip on slippers so why not put some fun on your feet? I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The slippers are awful quality, they have completely come apart at the seams. I bought them for my daughter who has worn them for 16 days, I have contacted customer service who say I have no rights to an exchange as I bought them in November. Avoid this company

I don't like how I ordered a specific design of an Ole Miss item from Happy Feet & it was substituted with a different item from Comfy Feet with no notification. The item that was sent was an item that I saw on Amazon and could have ordered, but I didn't like the look of it. That's why I ordered the specific pair that I ordered. The item was a Christmas gift and it arrived just a few days before Christmas, so there was not enough time to exchange. Very disappointed to have received an item that I did NOT order and that I did NOT want. Even worse that you didn't even have the decency to tell me that a like-item would be substituted for what I ordered. When I emailed customer service to complain, I didn't even get a response. I ordered 7 pairs of shoes - I gave literally the entire family these as gifts for Christmas. I placed a rather large order...and Customer Service wasn't even decent enough to reply to my email. So, actually now that I think about it - I think I'll go back and decrease my 3 stars to a 2.
