Don't buy, they trick you into purchasing and every month service stops working, and in 3-5 Months, he refuses to replace and help you. Cheap is expensive, don't fall for this scam.

Very unhappy with this site. I did not receive any of the services that I paid for. I gave them several opportunities to rectify the situation to no avail. Not recommended

First transaction was not too bad. I did have to chase after them to get the premium added to my account but it did get done and worked for the 12 months promised.
Fast forward to now, my premium just expired so I go to purchase another 12 months. Get told that the premium link has been emailed and "its weird" I am not seeing it in any of my gmail folders. I then got given an account username and password, being told to simply use that and change the password. Meaning I lose all of my personal data on my other account, all of my playlists, my friends, etc. After explaining that that would be unacceptable, and a week of not getting what I paid for, I asked for a refund. I got told no, and like magic, suddenly the link was provided through the chat service (why not do that in the first place !?). However, the link is no good and the plan is already full.
Now its been 10 days since my purchase, I have not received my premium, and have not received any reply in 2 days.
Customer service is absolutely terrible, the chat function on the website links you to a number in Whatsapp that does not respond to queries, and whoever I have been dealing with through the email exchange takes hours or days to respond.
Would only recommend this kind of experience to someone who has wronged you.

OWNER SILENCES BAD REVIEWS
They advertise several accounts as "Lifetime," yet when asked they say they only cover those accounts for 1 year. MY PURCHASE IS ONLY 7 MONTHS OLD. They don't even respond to you. They try to silence reviews on this site that aren't five stars by reporting them to the site so you cannot see them. I removed one of my reviews in good faith but now it is clearly obvious that they will not hold up their end of the deal. I will certainly not be removing this review to ensure no one else makes this mistake.
