I purchased an account a couple of months ago and everything was working fine until it got banned. I have tried contacting their support multiple times and have received zero responses. I know they are active because it says when they are online when you make a ticket, meaning they are blatantly ignoring my messages. This is an awful way to conduct business especially when the product purchased says lifetime.

They help me in chat ti buy account everything waa done in 10 minutes. Great that they add this feature

Had a bit of an issue with the account that I purchased (happens right?) and unlike other experiences I've had he got right back to me. Got me another account and now everyone in the house is glued to the couch and happy. You can tell he's been doing this for a while and gives a that you're happy and satisfied.

If you need an account can't recommend him highly enough. Boss

DO NOT BUY.
Simple..Look elsewhere. I bought several products/services from them with "lifetime warranty" and "account replacement" and "we replace the account if it fails within 12 months-guaranteed".
Sometimes they replace it but then later on, after a few months they dont and they DONT EVEN BOTHER REPLYING. They ignore you. You can clearly see they were online but no reply to you. They have been ignoring my messages for over a month. Simple as that. If you buy an account from them you never know how long the account will be active and if it fails then theres high probability that they wont replace and then what you are gonna do? Money wasted.
