Horrible Customer Service Experiences Bad Money withdraw System.
Today, 06/06/2025, I received a Telegram alert that someone (maybe a hacker or any culpable person working in buysell) had withdrawn my BEP20 money from my account. Immediately, I log in and see that there are two withdrawn transactions (44549714 and 44549708), where one withdrawal is already showing as successful. So I immediately opened a support ticket about all the things. I wrote them I didn't share the password. I work alone, etc, to stop the TRC20 withdrawal. But a few hours later, I see that the pending transaction is successfully processed, although I opened the ticket. Total $537+ just gone. There is no way to cancel the withdrawal, or they do not give any minimum waiting time to approve the withdrawal request, which is dangerous, because anyone can get access to the account and just withdraw the money in front of you. If you find out the problem, you can't ever cancel or hold them.
There are many marketplaces where, if the seller requests a money transfer, at least they set a minimum time for the withdrawal transfer (during this time we can cancel or do anything by contacting support).

The website is full of scammers. Anyone can register as a seller! Why does BuySellVouchers allow this? There should be strict requirements to prevent scammers from joining as sellers.
I was scammed twice yesterday by two sellers. They provided codes that only work for the first 24 hours — but they never mention this. In fact, they falsely claim the codes are Storable for up to a year! If you don’t use them within 24 hours, the sellers reuse or resell the codes. And the worst part? You can’t do anything about it because disputes are only allowed within 24 hours of purchase.
If BuySellVouchers genuinely wants to help, here are the order details:

Since the buyer has already used the gift card, there's no legitimate reason to keep holding my funds. Holding it after the buyer got full value is not escrow—that’s withholding payment.
Continuing to withhold my payout for the remainder of your arbitrary 36-hour policy is unacceptable.and raises serious concerns of violation of consumer protection regulations,your TOS do not override international law,and you are obligated as an international platform to any of the rules relevant to me as a seller.

No refund for USDC.e instead lies.
I sent payment to correct wallet on "Polygon" network . I was supposed to send USDC but sent USDC.e which is 1:1 in value terms. They claimed first I used wrong network. Now they agreed I used correct network and correct wallet, but sent wrong token. If the wallet is correct, they have access to it and to all tokens. They should simply refund me with wrong USDC.e token. But they lie, they say they can only access USDC, not USDC.e . It is not secret, that if you have access to a wallet you can access all the moveable tokens including USDC.e They are lying and to avoid answers closing multiple tickets. If you do not agree they threaten you with a ban. Avoid this site!
Reply from the buysellvouchers is not satisfactory. They failed multiple times to explain why they are not obliged to return unsupported token. There is no such valid reason as no access to it. If they can access USDC token there is a way to access USDC.e token. Even if that requires manual action. By refusing to do so they are knowingly commiting fraud. There is no complex logic behind this reasoning. They received unsupported token and they have to return it if cannot be used as payment token. They prefer to steal from customer instead.
And they closed unanswered tickets. Just another lie in the reply from buysellvouchers. Karma will catch them all.

If you close 4 tickets without reaching agreement that means you are kicking of your customers from your platform. It is bad customer service which exactly explains how you treat customers. You steal from them and then refuse to provide solution. Instead you just lie how you cannot access funds while it is more than obvious that funds can be accessed even if manually.
