Bought from this website a nigerian card for cheap purchases seller promised im the only one who has access and it will work for years as the description after only 1 week he scammed me and pulled back the account by disabling it and creating another account, the card wasn't even working with app store as advertised so from the beginning it was a scam and the support told me when i contacted them oh no you didn't put a review in 24h basically supporting scammers in their business, fun fact when i purchased it at first as it was in description and seller told me its an app and everything legal but when he sent it, it was a bank!!! so scamming wasnt enough for them they sell even illegal items.
- I don't advice anyone to deal with em they are clearly supporting scammers as you can see, basically they gonna sell you something after 24h when it stops working and you gonna contact support they just gonna tell you sorry you didn't contact support first 24h i tried to reach support twice with no help at all as support them selfs scammers working with other scammers.

A real nightmare
I have used this platform for a few years to buy discounted gift cards, there were some issues with shady sellers that were quickly resolved. Now however the whole platform smells fishy to me because they changed their rules in a completely unprofessional and misleading way without any warning whatsoever for old customers - NOW when an old customer deposits money to his account he CANT spend them until he gets a fully verified SELLER account, which means sending all personal details and identity documents to some offshore company. Why would anyone need a verified seller account to BUY a gift card? Who thought of it? Now I'm trying to get a refund of my deposit from them, and it turned into a nightmare: one of their support agents manually added an approved withdrawal request for my account which was not fullfilled by their automatic system because my account is not verified according to another support agent. Another support agent says all I can get is $100 per month.

I will update my review if I get my money back. (We are talking about hundreds of dollars in limbo!)
You should have stopped accepting deposits for unverified buyer accounts if you decided to completely change your business model! At least put a warning that money cant be spent without verification.

UPDATE: They claim I am a fake comment author. I laugh at this. I am a real customer. I am more real than your customer relationship department! Its hilarous you paste this s.itty argument to every negative REAL EXPERIENCE.
I bought a few Steam gift cards for a total value of $200, when I tried to activate them a few days later, it turned out to be invalid.
Even though there were no products in the seller's store, the account was still active. When I wrote to the seller, he said he would check and there has been no response for a few days.
When I wrote to the website management, they refuse to support.
The warranty is 24 hours. They say you can leave a negative comment within 24 hours. They give standard/template answers. The management does not fulfill their responsibilities. It even said in the product description that it was stockable. Now the management is evading with evasive answers.
A very bad experience.
