Really poor customer service,
No tracking details, not even a conformation email to say that the order has gone through successfully.
Ordered a toaster and arrived slightly damaged with the orange “ON” lights popped out, so I just pushed these back in, however only 1 side of 1 side of the toaster was toasting properly (one side was considerably more well done than the other side) for this price I wasn’t satisfied. Iv contacted them to arrange a collection but they seem to just fob you off saying Thereve contacted a supplier. Communication is really poor. I just wanted them to collect this awful toaster!
Raising a dispute with my bank Tomorw.
Won’t be using these ever again.

No delivery information provided. There’s a ‘shipping’ email but it doesn’t have even a delivery date, let alone time, so I missed delivery of a glass washer as I didn’t know when to be on site.

I called to re-arrange and had a frustrating conversation with deliberately evasive Lucy, telling me she’s ‘requested’ it be delivered on a particular date:

Me “But does that mean it will be delivered that day?”
Lucy “Well I’ve requested it.”
Me “Yes, but does that doesn’t sound like it’s actually confirmed for that day?”
Lucy “Well I’ve requested it.”
Me “Yes but a ‘request’ can be approved or denied. Will it be delivered that day?”
Lucy “As I say, I have requested it.”
Me “Yes, I understand that. How will I know if it’s actually going to be delivered that day?”
Lucy “As I told you, I have requested it…”
Me “Yes, I understand you’ve requested it. I’m asking…”

This went on for a while. Eventually she confirmed it would be delivered that day. Predictably, it wasn’t. Instead they attempted delivery the day after - a day I’d specifically said I couldn’t be there.

Finally someone called saying they were from the courier firm, apparently as frustrated at being unable to deliver as I was to not get it. I arranged an 8 till 12 time slot for the next day. They showed up at 12:30.

Conversely, I used ECatering last week for another bulky item. Got a delivery email plus text message the night before giving me a two hour window, and I got a phone call 30 minutes before. Buzz can't even tell you what day something's arriving. Shocking.

Ordered and after a week and a half had to e-mail to see when the products were arriving. Had a reply to say there had been an issue with their supplier. Would have been nice to have an e-mail saying that before I had to chase. Some glasses were broken when they arrived. The small oven dish I ordered was poor quality and I expected more for the £12 I paid. This was my second order from this company and I also had issues with the first. Would think twice before ordering again.

The items themselves were great but the delivery was very disappointing.

I paid extra for premium 24-hour courier delivery, expecting the order to arrive on the Thursday as I’d been told. Thursday came and went with no delivery. After emailing twice, I discovered that my order hadn’t been dispatched. It wasn’t sent until the day after it was supposed to have been delivered.

I asked for a refund of the premium delivery charge, but they refused, saying the 24-hour service only starts from the date of dispatch. The problem was that the dispatch was delayed because the items weren’t in stock, so I ended up paying extra for a faster delivery service that I couldn’t actually benefit from.

I wanted a glasswasher for a local Cricket Club, and Buzz offfered a great variety of choices. The product ordered is perfect, was delivered quickly and resupply is simple all at a reasonable cost.

They charged me for premium delivery which took 4 days, unacceptable. When I complained all they kept telling me was it's the delivery company not us. Extremely unhelpful

I was rather disappointed when the glasses arrived as I thought they were going to ve slightly iridescent like they looked in the pucture but they were clear. However the quality is good like the wine glasses I bought before, so I will be keeping them

Very disappointing experience. We returned unused plates because they were the wrong colour. First, we were told there would be a 25% restocking charge, and we also paid the return postage ourselves. After they received the goods, they refused to refund anything because two cardboard dividers from the original packaging were missing, even though the plates were returned in the original boxes and carefully repacked to prevent damage during transit. Refusing a refund for an entire order over two missing cardboard dividers is completely unreasonable. Based on this experience, I will not be buying from this company again

My order arrived quite quickly and was very well packed and undamaged. I was very pleased

Bought a dishwasher for my organisation and it has been problems after problems. I personally believe the dishwasher bought from them was faulty to start with. Getting the service team to come out takes forever. Currently I am still waiting for a repair to the dishwasher that was reported faulty since the beginning of May. No date yet for when it will be fixed. Poor communication. Practically dismissive on the phone and cannot give any sort of updates. I will not recommend this company to any individual or organisation.

I have bought dozens of machines from this company. Most recently, I purchased a Rational oven for £5,199.95. Because the oven was small, I wanted to return it. They told me they would deduct an extra fee. To avoid the deduction, they suggested I buy a more expensive oven instead. I bought the oven for £6,497.99 and paid for it immediately. Although they should have refunded the £5,199.95, they only paid back £3,899.96. They deducted £1,299.99 from the refund. A deduction of £1,299.99 was made. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.
