This was my first order with Buzz after being forwarded their details by a friend. The order was late arriving and missed the event I needed the items for and when it did arrive one item was incorrect. I received a prompt response from them after notifying them of the error however I was offered a refund and no offer of the correct item being dispatched.
I am about to kit out a kitchen in community facility and this experience hasn't given me any confidence that Buzz are the suppliers that can be relied upon.

Had the product I needed at the best price I could find. The order process was straightforward and the items were delivered next day.

Recently had to return some items to Buzz Catering, I dealt with a very helpful woman called Jo Elliot who arranged and organised whole process!
It was easy with no stress.

Great experience with Buzz Supplies. Firstly they have a great range of affordable products. Ordering was a smooth process, was offered free delivery and it came speedy. I ordered again. One of their items were out of stock, gave them a ring and they accurately told me when it’ll be in stock. They accidentally gave me the wrong item. I emailed them, they responded very quickly. Cut out the time of sending the item back and sent me the correct item. Now this is by far the best customer experience I’ve received. From online shopping, on call and over email. They have earned themselves a loyal customer. Special thanks to Lucy !

Ordered a selection of tea pots, easy to order, great price, fast delivery.

Delays in dispatching, delays delivering by dhl after dispatching. 10 days after ordering and three phone calls to customer service I’m still waiting for my item.

Very well packaged up and arrived promptly. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size of knife so am giving it away to the hostess I am having dinner with
tonight !

Easy online transaction and good prices with relatively quick delivery to a remote part of the West of Scotland.

Ordered items on a Saturday with a 3-5 day delivery lead time. Called to check on status to be told estimated delivery is 9 days after order. They also stated the 3-5 days quoted are actually business days. If that is the case - just state that on your lead times! Arrogant customer services. Take it or leave it attitude. If I could leave zero stars I would.

So disappointed with this company
I ordered a six pack of cups. Still hadn’t received an email a week after ordering to say they had been posted. So I emailed the company who said sorry an issue with supplies however I did get an email that same afternoon saying your parcel has been sent out, may be a coincidence.
I received the cups few days later damaged exterior box and broken cup inside. I took a photo and emailed to the company. Their response was we cannot send you another cup as we can’t split orders so I wouldn’t have a full set now and they would return the money for one cup.
Cups are nice enough but service was very bad.

Exactly what i was looking for at an affordable price. Delivered within a few days of ordering. Very happy with the plates I purchased.

The item i ordered was sent to the wrong address an empty shop but the delivery driver somehow got a signature when I rang i was told someone would get back to me still waiting not very good service
They sent out a replacement within 3 days much better service

Great price ordered a fryer and was delivered the next day easy website it was quick easy and simple

I placed an order on 31st March based on next day delivery, as advertised on the website, and paid £24.99 for shipping on that basis.

The order did not arrive until 13th April. Having received no tracking information but instead, an automated email asking me to leave a review before the order had even arrived, I sent a follow-up enquiry. I received no reply.

The items did eventually arrive, but the delay and lack of communication fell well below expectations, particularly given the premium delivery charge.

Ordered Polar C-Series Upright Commercial Freezer 600 Litre from Buzz, it was delivered straight from the manufacturer, and put into place. Excellent customer service. Thank you 😊 Will be using again.
