Informed of delivery at chosen location for about 5pm 20th. Husband made special journey and waited 2 hours but no show and couldn't get hold of anyone. Another notification 23rd so gone again to wait.

Great pricing and fast customer service. I had to email as I was expecting my order to arrive sooner than it did. They explained they were waiting for one item to come back in stock but would send what they had immediately and then the rest when it arrived. This was much appreciated but maybe if they told me this earlier than even better as I did need one of the items asap.
They ended up all arriving on the same day anyway but very fast delivery and good customer service.

Incredibly slow
My order took nearly two weeks to be despatched.
No contact from the company. No reply to emails. I was about to raise a chargeback with my bank and then it finally showed up.

Stylish casserole pot, a lighter alternative to pricy French stuff
Just received my Masterclass casserole pot. It's exactly as I'd hoped. Classy matte grey finish with good sized handles you can grip properly with oven gloves on. It works well on the hob or in the oven
The price was really competitive so I couldn't ask for more.
