I completed KYC, activated a Bybit Card in July 2026, and spent over €1,000 in the first 30 days under the advertised 10% cashback campaign. Bybit credited the reward points and I exchanged them for three rewards: 5.6334 USDC, $10 in BTC, and a €25 card bonus.
The points were deducted. The rewards show in my account as "Available" with an active Claim button, all with deadlines in November 2026. Every claim attempt fails with error 403003.
I opened three tickets (27344603, 27336238, 27334981). Support said it had no authority and escalated. The reply was a single email stating my account "violated the rules and regulations of the campaign", listing every prohibited behaviour from wash trading to multi-accounting to "any other actions not explicitly stated", without saying which one applied, or citing a single transaction, device or timestamp. It ended: "This decision is final, and we will not consider further appeals."
I have one account, verified in my own name, with ordinary personal card spending. I'm not asking for a bonus I didn't earn — I paid for these rewards with points Bybit itself awarded, the exchange was completed, and the rewards are shown as mine. Release them.

English:
Bybit simply does not want to pay the rewards it advertises. I completed the required tasks for the Bonus Hub, earned the reward, and then the bonus was revoked. When I asked why, I received a generic response claiming that the system detected a violation, without explaining what exactly I did wrong.
If you are not willing to pay the rewards you advertise, then don't run these campaigns in the first place. Very disappointing experience and a serious issue of trust.

Bybit EU case number: 26955555
I am filing a supervisory complaint against Bybit EU GmbH because it prevents me from claiming reward already shown in my account as awarded and available, and because it has not fairly handled my complaint.
I am a genuine new user with only one Bybit EU account. I completed registration, KYC, the required deposit and all new-user tasks exactly as instructed under the published campaign requirements.
I did not engage in abnormal farming, wash trading, multi-accounting, self-referral, market manipulation or any other prohibited conduct. None of the possible reasons mentioned by Bybit EU applies to my account or activity.
I participated in good faith and relied on Bybit EU's campaign instructions. After completing the stated requirements, I should not be denied rewards because of undisclosed or retrospective restrictions that were not clearly communicated in advance.
My account shows the following reward as awarded and available to claim:
EUR 10 Bybit Card Bonus, claimable before 25 July 2026
The claim periods remain open. However, I cannot claim it.
The central issue is that Bybit EU itself displays the reward as awarded and available, while its system prevents me from claiming it. This restriction is not caused by an expired deadline, an incomplete task or prohibited conduct on my part.
I had requested a manual review. Bybit EU has never identified any specific transaction, account activity, conduct, evidence or rule that I allegedly breached. It only referred generally to its Reward Terms, declined to provide details and stated that its decision was final.
A general allegation is not a meaningful explanation. It prevents me from understanding or responding to the decision. I am not asking for confidential anti-fraud models. I am asking for the factual basis attributed to my account and correction of the restriction.
Article 71 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 requires effective and transparent complaint handling, fair investigation and communication of the outcome. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/294 requires decisions to address the issues raised and state the reasons for the outcome.

I can't receive the remaining referral bonuses.
I saw an advertisement for the platform, completed identity verification (KYC), deposited €100, and fulfilled all the promotional requirements. According to the referral program, I was supposed to receive €25 for each eligible user I invited.
I invited seven people, who successfully registered using my referral link and completed all the required conditions. Initially, the referral bonuses were credited to my account, but when I tried to claim them, I received the error: "You are not eligible for this reward" (error code 403003).
Since then, the issue has only been partially resolved. I have received bonuses for 2 referrals (€50), but I am still missing rewards for 3 eligible referrals (€75). These remaining bonuses are still unavailable without any explanation.
All of the referred users successfully received their own promotional bonuses, confirming that they met the campaign requirements. However, I still cannot claim the remaining referral rewards that I earned.
I have contacted support several times, but I have not received a clear explanation. I was informed that the reason for the error would be sent to me by email, but more than two days have passed and I have not received any response.
I also noticed the following inconsistencies:
the transaction history shows bonus accruals;
some of these accruals are missing from the Rewards section;
there are no corresponding records in the referral list;
checking each referral by UID confirms that the referral bonuses were successfully paid.
I have evidence that these referrals registered through my link, fulfilled all promotional requirements, and received their bonuses. Therefore, I believe I should also receive the remaining €75 in referral rewards.
I am disappointed that this issue has still not been fully resolved. The lack of a clear explanation and the incomplete payment raises concerns about the reliability of the referral system and the proper execution of the promotion.
Please investigate my account again, explain why the remaining bonuses are still blocked, and credit the outstanding €75 if all promotion requirements have been met.

Hello, I am contacting you again.
Previously, I already contacted you regarding a situation in which your team SCAMMED me out of €125. After that, you contacted the relevant department, and in the end my funds were returned and restrictions were removed. If I had not written a review, my money would not have been returned.
On May 31, I contacted support, and after escalation my bonus was restored and restrictions were removed.
After that, I continued working with the referral program through my Telegram channel.
And now I have encountered another problem:
I invited two referrals about 4 days ago. I personally helped them (including a video call) to complete all the necessary steps correctly. They successfully completed everything.
Today I checked, and both referrals received a €25 BTC bonus, BUT AS ALWAYS, I DID NOT RECEIVE MY BONUS.
The situation is as follows:
• in the transaction history it shows that the bonuses are paid
• in the rewards section these bonuses are not displayed
• in the referral list there is no record of the reward being credited
• however, when I open each referral by UID, it shows that the bonus has been paid
After this situation I immediately wrote to support chat, and they told me that I would receive a response within 8 hours. 9 hours passed and nobody replied to me. I wrote to them again in chat, and they told me that I should receive a response within 4 to 8 hours. This is completely unacceptable and your support is just messing around. This is really awful. But in the end, I did not receive any response.
I have all screenshots as evidence. I can also ask my referrals to provide screenshots confirming that they received the bonus.
I am very disappointed with your team. It creates the impression that the review process is carried out incorrectly or inconsistently, without proper analysis.
Because of this, I am starting to doubt whether it is safe to continue inviting referrals and running my channel, as there is no confidence that the system is working correctly.
UPDATE:
Thank you for your reply.
I would also like to add that during the last two weeks I have not been paid referral bonuses totaling €150. In other words, I have been scammed again for €150. And without any reason, do you understand?
You remember that you yourselves offered me to join the partner program on this platform. How can I join the partner program if your team has completely stopped paying me referral bonuses at this point?
At the same time, all six referrals for whom I did not receive a bonus received their bonuses in full, but I did not receive mine, do you understand? This is very upsetting to me.
I know that you are honest guys, but the people who are checking these cases are not honest. They are scammers.
Please return my honestly earned bonuses that I earned through my channel. I can provide all the screenshots, I have everything. If you contact me by email, I will provide all the evidence.
In my transaction history it says that the bonuses for these referrals were paid, but I did not receive anything.

Beware of Bybit EU. They cancelled my card completely unilaterally, with zero prior notice or right to appeal, hiding behind vague "compliance alerts".
Blocking the card is bad enough, but what they do next is outright theft: they hijacked my money. The bonus balance I had legitimately converted is now completely trapped in my account, and I can't touch it. As if that wasn't enough, they retroactively voided the cashback for a Netflix subscription that had already been billed and settled this week.
Customer support is an absolute joke. They closed my ticket merely stating the situation is "irreversible", refusing to provide any further explanation or release the funds that are rightfully mine. Zero transparency, zero respect for the consumer.
A formal complaint has already been submitted to European consumer authorities and the Austrian financial regulator (FMA). If you value your money and don't want to wake up one day to find your funds held hostage without justification, stay far away from this platform. Today it was me, tomorrow it will be you.

I registered through the referral link of a Telegram channel owner whom I have been following for a long time. Before registering, I carefully reviewed all the terms of the promotion and fulfilled them in full. There were no violations on my part: the account was registered properly, and all required actions were completed honestly and in accordance with the rules.
However, in the end, I was denied the bonus without any clear explanation. The most interesting part is that my referrer received a reward for my registration. I specifically confirmed this with him personally. This raises a logical question: if there had actually been any violations related to my registration, or if I had not met the promotion requirements, then why did the referrer receive his bonus? It turns out that for paying one party, my registration is considered valid, but for paying the other party, it suddenly is not.
At the same time, the bonus is shown in my account as “paid” in the Rewards section, but it cannot actually be claimed or withdrawn.
This creates the impression that decisions regarding bonuses are made arbitrarily. Judging by the numerous reviews on Trustpilot and comments from users in Telegram communities, I am far from the only person who has encountered this situation. It seems that customer support selectively rejects some bonuses without transparent criteria and without providing convincing evidence of any violations.
When I contacted support, I did not receive a specific explanation of which rule had allegedly been violated or on what basis the decision had been made. Instead of a transparent investigation, customers receive standard template responses.
I believe such practices are unacceptable for a regulated European platform. If there are clear terms and conditions for a bonus program, they should be applied equally to all participants. If a user has violated the rules, the company should provide specific evidence. If there were no violations, then the bonus should be paid.
At this point, my experience with Bybit EU has been extremely negative. I hope the company will review my case and begin handling bonus-related customer complaints in a more transparent and fair manner.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bybit EU. During their referral promotion, they promised a €25 bonus for each friend invited. I referred 4 people who completed all the required steps, yet I never received any of the promised rewards.
Customer support only provides generic responses and fails to give a clear explanation as to why the bonuses were not credited. It feels like the company heavily promotes these campaigns to attract new users but is unwilling to honor its promises when it comes time to pay out rewards.
If you are considering participating in similar promotions, I recommend reading the terms carefully and being prepared for the possibility that the advertised rewards may never be received. Unfortunately, my experience with Bybit EU has been very disappointing.

I honestly can't believe I wasted my time KYC-ing for this platform. It’s an absolute trap. I’m currently staring at over $100 worth of rewards (84 USDC, 10 SUI, and 25 EUR) sitting right there in my "My Bonus" wallet, but every time I click the claim button, I get hit with "Error 403003". It is infuriating.
It’s funny how your "strict compliance" and "eligibility rules" never seem to stop you from accepting my deposits instantly, but the second it’s time for you to pay out what I actually earned, suddenly the system blocks me? If I’m "not eligible" because I’m in France, why are these rewards sitting in my wallet in the first place? You are literally dangling money in front of my face that you have no intention of letting me withdraw.
Don't call this a "technical error" or "compliance"—it’s theft. You let users grind for points and rewards, show them the balance to keep them hooked, and then rug-pull them at the final click. This isn't a legitimate exchange; it’s a carnival game that’s rigged so you can never win the prize. If you value your sanity and your money, stay far away from Bybit EU.

They have voided my 100 USDC airdrop bonus because of ALLEGED abnormal activities and they say their decision is final without giving the user no explanation or chance to appeal. How unfair has that to be??

Reply from Bybit EU
Worst experience ever. Besides the confusing APP, they have accused me of wrongdoing and have blocked my points earned during their 20% cashback campaign for new users. I am actually losing money because payments have to be made in crypto in order to get the bonus but each transaction is surcharged. So, instead of cashback, I'm paying and losing money with every purchase made.
All communication with them is extremely frusturating; once they say no, they limit their answers to that and it's final.
Feeling completely cheated by them.

Update 20.11. After several contacts with Costumer Support, no solution. Just automatic emails:
- This decision is final, and we will not consider any further appeals on this matter.
I opened verified account at Bybit and sent refferal links to my family members. They also opened accounts and performed all tasks.
Insted of getting refferal rewards all were rewoked. After contacting support we got an automatic response:
Your eligibility has been restricted due to, but not limited to, the following reasons:
Registering multiple accounts with different identities.
Now I am reading Trustpilot rewiews I see that is standard practice of Bybit.
I am very disapointed at the company. We also have Bybit card and collect points, but now I see that thay lock points too without any reason.
Very disappointed.
My son and my husband also contacted support and also got automatic answer. When we explained that there is no violation we got the same auto answer again.
Very frustrating and I can not trust Bybit anymore.

i joined Bybit EU and completed all requirements, including KYC verification and participation in their “Bybit Card 20% Cashback” campaign.
After a single legitimate transaction of about $25 (contact lenses), my cashback and all Bybit Pay Points were permanently restricted. The support team accused me of “fraudulent or abnormal behavior” — which is completely false.
I have only one Bybit EU account, and my activity has been entirely genuine. Despite sending multiple messages with full explanations, Bybit EU continues to reply with pre-written, automatic responses, refusing to review my case or provide any proof of wrongdoing.
This experience shows a serious lack of transparency and fairness. Once they decide a case is “closed,” they simply stop responding — no verification, no appeal, no accountability.
I cannot recommend Bybit EU. Be very careful before trusting their promotions or customer support — they act arbitrarily and don’t provide real answers when something goes wrong.
I will add that my other problems that i had with BYBIT are still not solved, even if they try to be kind there on trustpilot.
One of my case number is 24479006

Why is the 100 USDC reward still advertised if the pool is already empty?
Users complete the tasks, wait 10 days, click “Claim” – and only get Reward Out of Stock.
This feels like misleading marketing: attracting people with a bonus that no longer exists.
Will the reward pool be refilled, or was this just a bait?
